Came right in, they checked my brake pads for free, and gave me an honest response without trying force me to buy anything that day. Will definitely be back when they are ready for replacement.

I have came to Mr.O's tires a couple of times now since buying my new car in August of last year. Everyone has been extremely kind, helpful and able to educate me on whatever problem I was having at the time. I've never been unsatisfied leaving. Anytime there was a wait they were STILL able to squeeze me in. I Really appreciate the customer service at the Belton/raymore location

Well because the service was exceptional Mike the person we spoke to over the phone and talked to in person was very kind and respectful over the phone and when arrived at our appointment he was knowledgeable about the product and he was exceptional with his customer service Skills and understood we were on a time schedule and that was very helpful to us.

Mark really helped me out. He gave me good advice. When I arrived, service was quick. I was able to add an unscheduled oil change to my alignment, and I was in and out in no time!
