Mark & Taz are always able to work me in with any tire issues! Everyone working there are pleasant, friendly, patient and ALWAYS answer any questions. They explain and show me exactly what the issue is along with the fix. I'm extremely happy I purchased my tires at Big O Tires. Before purchasing my tires, I called several other places. My size tires were not in stock at any of the places. The other stores tried to sell me tires they had in stock and the difference (size) wouldn't matter. Taz was the only one that said something the other places did not. He told me I should get the same size tires recommend. I told him what the other stores had said it wouldn't matter. He said Big-O is not there just to sell tires. He further explained what would happen if I purchased a different size tire. He went over all the prices and brands of tires in the CORRECT size and any rebates. He even answered my question about what tired he has on his vehicle.I made the appointment and they had the tires in, as promised, the next day in time for the appointment. The tire warranty has been the best investment! I applied for their credit card, which offered 0% financing if paid in full within 6 months. They also reminded me to apply for Big-O's rebate, since I spent a certain amount. It was easy online. To date I've received rebates totalling $75. I highly recommend!

All I went in for was an oil change but I came out with much more!! I was worried about the way my car battery was acting, they checked it for free. Recently, I had my "tires rotated and balanced" but was still having problems when I pushed on the brakes so I was wondering if my brakes had a problem. They balanced my tires the right way and that eliminated that concern! I am more than pleased with Big O Tires! I feel, being a woman, I can trust them and will continue to take my service concerns to them in the future. Thank you!

Noland and the Big O Team were excellent and provided timely repair to an aging truck to make us safe, comfortable and confident in the vehicle for years to come.

Brendan was great! He let me know that my flat tire was repairable before they even took it back to the shop. Informed me that it would be about 20 min to get fixed up. He then apologized when it only to 10 min and offered to complete more repairs if I wanted to hang out! I didn't at the time but let him know that I would be back.

Had four tires replaced on my Tesla Model S. Mechanic Jeremy took great care to make sure he understood the proper procedures for jacking up this special car, and making sure the wheel lug nuts were torqued to the correct specifications. I appreciate the extra care and attention while working on my car for a job well done.

The associate was very friendly and helped explain our options. We were provided a quote ahead of time which helped us to make our decision on services we’d like to purchase. We were promised a service time that worked with our schedule and was not very long to wait.

Taz was amazing. He was very patient and helped me find the tires I wanted. He was professional and friendly and easy to work with.

Brendan initially came out and helped me change the tire that was damaged in the wheel that was damaged the previous day, and then gave me the instructions on how to get a new wheel and make sure that the tire that needed replaced was in stock. He also took the time to chat a bit and make me feel comfortable, as it was kind of a bad situation.

My 2004 Chrysler Town and Country needed a complete rack assembly replacement. I dropped the van off late in the day and it was ready the next morning. The Power Steering is like new again and a pleasure to drive. Great job guys and a big Thank You to Josh, Brian and Damian. Big O Tires in Raymore ,MO has always saved me a lot of money over dealership service costs.
