Big O Tires

Great service. Asked about bringing my company trucks to this location and have gotten help setting this up.

I had bee in to your store back in October 2017 and purchased two tires... I came back in March 2018 because I was told that I had three tires that were separated, they told me that they couldn't check and see because my front ball joints were bad and needed replaced. I left and had a family member do the ball joints. I scheduled an appointment and came back in, I kinda explained things to the gentleman at the counter and a service man from the back came out and eventually took my car in to check the balance on my tires. This young man after 15 minutes or so went and got a manager and then took me back to explain that lug nuts were cross threaded and in order to take off the tire and check the balance I would first have to have this taken care of, they already had one tire off and I was informed that the tire had separated. since the other shop back in March told me that I had three tires that were separated and two were on the front I needed to get the lug nuts off so I paid to have this taken care of and after they took the second tire off that one as well had also separated..... I had two tires replaced, the cross threaded mess taken care of and your store manager ended up working on my vehicle and I appreciate all the hard work that each of these men did, however looking back I am upset with my visit in March when I told the man initially that I had been told by another shop that I had three tires that had separated and needed those looked at balanced or replaced. He didn't even check so for two months I drove my vehicle which was unsafe and needed to have the two front tires replace that I had purchased from your shop in October. The men that were in your shop in May went above and beyond.... THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR THE GREAT SERVICE!!!!! AND I WILL BE A RETURN CUSTOMER, YOUR COMPANY IS HONEST AND STANDS BEHIND THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL!! THANKS AGAIN!!

Everyone I was in contact with was very knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to fix my problem with my jeep timely. It once again rides smoothly. I needed a tire for my rv and Brandan looked in the system, found the correct size, and had it in Lee's Summit before noon! Excellent customer service.

Mark took the time to show me the tires I was purchasing and called promptly to acknowledge my appointment time. He was friendly and courteous.

They were able to get me in, no appointment, and give me a new tire on the same day. Whereas other places I called couldn't get me in for 6 days.

The tires I bought were old dot date 2013 this is the only proplem

Excellent service and fast

Made an appointment over the phone, Kevin quoted me an AMAZING price, way better than any other stores that I had called. My tires were replaced in a reasonable amount of time. They girl up front explained and offered additional services! I ended up getting the warranty because of how well she explained it to me and she made me feel confident in my decision as she was able to answer all my questions.
