I want to commend Craig Nelson who made my experience way above the normal tire shop. He is courteous, very knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me in every way that he could. Great companies are never built without great employees. You certainly have a great employee with a great attitude in Craig.

Service and reception was absolutely great. The personnel very friendly and helpful. The receptionist, Josie , very polite and friendly and for me , very knowledgeable about what I was there for. She answered any questions that I needed answered. As someone who was in retail she was what I needed back then, polite, friendly ,and enjoyable to do business with. Big O Tires did a great job with replacing the tires and catching a strut that was wearing out. I had suspected something was wrong. Glad the caught it before a big road trip I'm taking.

Kevin was extremely helpful after problems I occurred getting my car worked on at Walmart jn ls. He helped and fixed all the problems

The associates were very nice took care of my car and got it back in a timely fashion I will definitely be going back for an oil change

This location was short staffed, but still fit me in their schedule and treated me very nicely. They did a great job on my car. Very professional!

Everyone was very friendly and professional and my oil change was done in less time than I had figured it would take
