I was unable to get my vehicle serviced at another one of your locations (They didn’t know how to process a Fleet vehicle). I called the Lees Summit shop and Mark got me in right away. Kevin and Josie were very pleasant and processed my Fleet vehicle with no problem. Everyone went out of their way to keep me as a customer. I will definitely come back to this location.

Staff has always courteous and honest. For a bigger chain automotive repair shop that is rare. Feels like a smaller family owned garage. Kevin the shop manager cares and it shows through his staff.

I was very grateful that the manager was able to take me the short distance I lived from the store, back to my home. My husband was out of town and I had asked for a ride. They were very accommodating.

Mark identify issues and contacted me to ask before fixing and charging me without knowing and notified me of an issue they could not fix, but still let me know the issue.

Michael did an excellent job of taking care of my car. It didn't pass inspection first time so when I came back the next day with new brakes, the person in the front that day (didn't get his name) quickly went out to check on the brake pads and passed my inspection very quickly. I was in and out in 5 minutes.

I really appreciated the multi point inspection on my car. The previous shop I went to prior claimed they do the inspections also, but I received more information on my vehicle Saturday than I ever had prior. It was also great they ask approval and provide quotes before doing additional work to your vehicle. I was very pleased with the staff and the care I received during my visit.

Employee was able to look me up in the system quickly checked my car quickly. Showed and explained the issue to me. Patched up the tire and I was good to go.
