I went to another location that did my alignment. It was screwed up so bad. Went to this location to fix it, the guy working the counter and the guy doing the alignment wow. Knew what they were doing and fixed my car. Drives straight, steering wheel is straight super impressive we will be back.

I was impressed on how quickly I received service. The only thing that I would have to say that was bad was sometimes there was an odor in the waiting room. I believe it was coming from the service departmen repair side

I was supposed to come back and purchase my warranty on payday but got a nail in my tire before I was able to do so. They went ahead and added the warranty and got me taken care of and got all my tires covered.

When I brought my tire in for a repair, I was instantly greeted with a friendly smile as I walked in the lobby. It took less than 2 minutes to drop the tire off, sign the papers, and get back to my day. 30 minutes later, I receive a call saying my tire is ready to go. You just can't beat that service.

The service was so extraordinary that I called your center after I got home to commend the manager and his staff. The last time I was at this location I had a terrible experience and amazingly NONE of those employees seemed to be there. This current manager and his team were prompt in accepting my appointment, courteous when I arrived and handled a mistake BY ME with grace and professionalism. They worked with me to finish what could be done and made arrangements to complete the work that remained. THIS WAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have received in a very long time from ANYWHERE!!!
