New management is much improved and I will be back.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The staff were kind and pleasant. The service was good. I didn't have an appointment, but they were able to get to my car quickly.

My experience was 5 star. However 4 days after my purchase you offered a buy 2 get 2 free. Buying 4 new tires really put me into a financial tailspin. I have to pay my rent a week late and am charged an excessive late fee because of it. Is there any way that I can now take advantage of that 2 for special.

Never have issue with service, time spent at location. Always kept aware of completion time

I was very impressed

I unexpectedly developed a flat tire while driving on Highway 50. Fortunately I saw the Bog O store right along the highway. I was able to get my car to the shop and assessed. Josie, Mark, and the whole team were Excellent!! They quickly found the problem, gave me several options, and had me back on the road in an hour. Great job!!

First time here. Got an oil change. In and out in a reasonable amount of time. No high pressure. Seemed like a good place. Taking my other two cars in this week for routine maintenance.
