Been here a couple of times. They were great and timely.

The sales associate was extremely polite and helpful. She began helping with my problem (a tire with a nail in it that kept losing air) immediately upon my entering the store.

Closing at 6pm is extremely inconvenient for those of us that work downtown in KC. Extending hours 30 minutes to an hour i think might be helpful in capturing more of the rushour traffic that is quite high in Lee'summit through the 7pm hour. The location is great, but the store needs to stand out more. In the position it sits it just doesnt stand out, I was broken down 1/4 mile form the place with a bad tire, I googled and was happy to find that the store was so close. I drive through this area every day going to work, I had no idea the store was there.

Service was excellent and the employees were nice. So this is the place to go for your car.

The tires I wanted were not in stock at 3 different locations. The Lee's Summit Big O store salesman recommended an equally rated tire and had them in stock. I was able to get the tires recommended for my vehicle and had the car back in a few hours.
