Big O Tires

Had a big screw in my tire, Daniel told me the likely scenario and how long it would take. He quickly took my info while juggling other calls and customers. He under promised and over delivered, the crew got me in and out in less than an hour with other vehicles already on the racks. Thanks for making my life a lot easier that hectic morning!

I was grateful that they were able to fix my tire. They were quite busy, so they were unable to do it that day. I left it overnight. I was told it would be done first thing, but I had to leave town, and didn't receive a text until I had arrived at my destination. My husband was able to pick the car up for me. All in all, I am happy with their work.

Kevin communicated with me every step of the way, they had to order parts and brought me out to my car to see the issues. A lot of services were performed on my car so I knew it would be a long wait. He still communicated with me how much longer it would be.

Mark, the Service Advisor showed me the problem with my old tires and laid out 3 action options. He explained the pricing, services and payment options in detail and gave me the chance to choose, without pressure. He was very courteous and friendly. Will rely on his advice next visit.
