Duane and Kevin were friendly and helpful. Duane replaced a bulb for my employee and didn’t charge her. Kevin and Duane helped me get the best bang for my buck on a new set of tires.

Excellent service and honest about the work they can and cannot do

The customer service was amazing. I needed a vehicle inspection and they got me in and within 15-20 minutes. Josie was extremely helpful. When she was helping another customer her counterpart filled in and finished checking me out. I'm sorry I cannot remember his name, but they were a great team.

I needed four travel trailer tires. They had them in stock. The associates were extremely helpful and friendly. Wish I could remember their names. The tires were a good price especially with mounting, balance, and stems.

I was used to NTB, but they were bought by Big-O .. not sure what to expect -- but got a great surprise, when the former NTB-price for a tire repair of $20, was reduced to $0! Great way to ensure I continue to use this company.

Everything super except replacing service mileage sticker on windshield, Also, $9.87 for shop incidentals was strange. I asked & was-told shop rags & such.

Called late on a Saturday with need to have tire rotation routine before going on vacation Tuesday. Guy said Monday was all booked but drop it off Sunday at 9:00 and they’d get it done by 5:00. Did that and by shortly after 10 received a call that there was a repair that was suggested to be done . We ok’d him to proceed with the extra job. Ended up getting tire rotation, alignment and the repair all done by 2:00 on a Sunday. That included hearing the big guy Mark say that he ended up with only 1 guy working because 1 went home sick. Great job getting me worked in and putting priority on the ticket “going on vacation “. Thank you.

My son took the car in because there was an issue with the tire. Thankfully tire was under warranty but not in stock. The sales associate called as soon as tire arrived and got him in for an appointment the same day.
