I was happy with the service and interaction.

After several visits with my car concerns, my car was finally fixed. She runs beautifully again. The staff saw my frustration. The staff was courteous, kind, respectful and understanding. They made me whole again.

I was happy with the overall service, but was disappointed that the shop suggested tires and told me the remaining tread depth was 2/32nds. I checked my tread depth myself that night just to be sure as I know what 2/32nds looks like and my gauge indicated no less then 5.5 32nds. Most were 6-7 32nds. It seemed disingenuous.

I am moving to the area and needed to get my oil changed. I will never go anywhere else! The staff was so beyond friendly and made me feel right at home. The price was not only fair, but clearly communicated. I couldn’t recommend more!

Kevin was extremely friendly as well as forthright about the pricing for my brake service. He was truly a delight to work with, and even more so when compared to my typical experience at the dealership. I'm definitely sold on Big O Tires for future service needs for my car.

The cost of my safety inspection was much more than expected but I trust that the safety problems they found were problems that needed fixing. And with the problems fixed now, I feel safer in my auto.

The staff was friendly when I got there. The wait was long. The job was done. No long wait to check out.

Everything went great. Had the trailer tire i needed. In and out fast.

I had a flat tire and they were able to fit me in without an appointment even though they were crazy busy. They were able to get to my tire in about 3 hours. Even my dealership didn’t offer that! They also were able to patch my tire for $27 which was the best part to a stressful experience.
