I never have received my Big O credit card. When I called Corporate they told me I could just use my NTB card. Very confusing!!!

The appointment was easy to set up, they got to my car immediately and were very quick with it. I was in for a tire rotation and I was there less than twenty minutes. And I could watch them work, which was interesting.

Bought new tires - they were inflated to 48 psi!!

The only thing that was disappointing was the hidden warranty fee associated with the buy 3 tires get the 4th free. That wasn't on the website or I was not told about this when I set the appointment or dropped off my car. The price of the warranty was almost as much as the 4th "free" tire.

I could not be any more satisfied. We showed up at 6:25pm with a tire that had a hole in it that was allowing the tire to lose air. These were big tires on a lifted 4 wheel drive truck. Dave and Tyler were going put the spare on and we could return the next day to have the tire fixed. Found out the wheel lug nuts would not allow them to put the spare on the truck. Tyler said he would just patch the tire then along with Dave's help. Both of them were trying to put us back on the road safely. I am over 60 years old and my husband is disabled so if we would have had problems on the road it would have been horrible as neither one of us could have changed that tire. I have bought several sets of tires from this location and I will continue as finding employees like Dave and Tyler are hard to find. I hope Big O values these employees because they went way beyond the call of duty to keep us safe on the road. They did not have to make sure we were taken care of but they did. Hats off to Dave and Tyler, as long as you are employed by Big O we will keep our business there. Thanks Dave and Tyler!

I did not have an appointment but had a flat tire in the snowstorm. They got me in and serviced as quickly as they could.

Always seem very professional & knowlegable at this Lees Summit store although they are always very busy.

Kevin Harper, was very friendly, helpful, and informative. I feel he was able to give me the best possible deal and would recommend my friends and family to this store.
