Everyone was very helpful & explained everything they were doing to my car. I would recommend Big O Tire to my friends.

I was stressed, my granddaughter’s car was shaking. My son , her father had passed away and I could only visualize how devastated I would be if anything happened to her because she could not afford to get her car fixed. Your staff was friendly and professional. The cost to repair was higher than my comfort level but needed to be done. I am grateful they were able to do the repairs.

Very friendly my car was ready on time and let me know of a problem with a couple of my shocks that were leaking which I really appreciated so I could get it in Cadillac service still under warranty

Very old truck, some mechanics don't know how to work on them.

Front desk service was very good on Saturday, April 13th & I appreciated the tech's thoroughness in finding the nails in the tire.

I was treated with respect and it was a timely visit.

Had an appointment and when I got there they didn't have me on the schedule. I had called that am to move appointment from 11:00am to 2:00pm. The staff was extremely accommodating and got me in to get all 4 tires replaced. Daniel and Mel were most accommodating. Craig needs some customer service training. He answered a call on speaker phone while Mel was trying g to ask me questions. I finally had to say... I'm sorry but I can't hear due to the other phone call going on by speaker. It was hard to answer questions. Craig finally moved and helped the client at another phone . Overall the service was very friendly and helpful!!! I would have liked to know about my tires they replaced if there were holes in them. I also would have liked my gauge setting reset on my car as well as air to be consistent in each of the 4 replaced tires.

Value of services. Friendly staff. I got there very early and they got me right in. The job was very through. Inside of my car did smell like old oil but smell went away quickly.

Very nice and helpful. Didn't have to wait very long to have new tire put on. Would use them again. Will need another tire in near future. Yes I would use them again.

I ordered my tires online and setup an installation time for 2 days later. When I arrived the representative had to manually re-key the entire order. Please update your systems to remove the need to do this.

The mechanic and the man at the front desk, Scott and Dave, were very nice. They ordered a new air filter for me, and despite being very busy this time of night, they got me in and out as quick as possible.

My appt time was kept and the work started immediately. It was done in a very reasonable time frame. It was only a tire rotation and inspection, but it was still nice that the whole process was quick and easy.

I've delta with Aaron when he was at Blue Springs Mo. They moved him to Lee's Summit Mo. It's a lot longer drive but I've come to respect Aaron's honesty. I will continue to deal with Big O as long as I can deal with him
