Josh was very helpful and took the time to explain to me about the oil in my car. I appreciate that he wanted to do what was correct for my car. I don't really have an opinion on the customer service but I had to answer it. It was a little disheartening that my previous visit was not able to found in the computer at the time I was there but not a major concern.

Took car in to get oil change and check taillight on passenger side. Person went out and checked the light and was told bulb was out. I sat down to wait for car. Right away same person who checked my taillight came to me and said that my car was one of those that was very hard to get to bulbs and that the whole side panel would have to be removed and looking at high labor cost. But he didnt do it and said that there was no mechanic there to do it and I could bring it back tomorrow. No mechanic, who is changing my oil??? Next day took car to Goodyear. 20 minutes later and a bill of $18 bulb was taken care of. This is the second time I have had issues with this company. I did try to make appointment online. Got call early in am that not available but to call had time later in day. I called and told a person what I needed and agreed on 4:30 time slot.

They could not find anything wrong with my tire but it was flat again within 2 hours of leaving. Took my vehicle to a dealership and they said I had a hole in the side wall of my tire. So unfortunately, had to address the same issue twice.

Rachael and Kevin helped me with getting a new battery. When I arrived Raechel asked Kevin to take my car into one of the bays so I did not have to turn the engine off. ...and she checked me in and let me know how much my new battery would be, they located a new battery for my car and installed it immediately!!!! I was there only about 20 minutes in TOTAL!!!! I could NOT have been more PLEASED and WELL taken care of by these associates. They were FABULOUS!!!! I will be taking my car to to them for ALL of my automobile needs!!!

They put on 2 new tires under warranty Did not put spare back correctly Did not check tire pressure in two tires not affected and they were low the next day. Set off my pressure monitor. Had to go to Overland park and have air added and the spare tire put away correctly.

I left my car for an oil change and they kept it overnight. That's not acceptable for most people. The fact that they didn't even tell me, because the phones were down. That's fine but not even an email? That's just ridiculous.

My frustration is that the price for 4 tires I ordered online, was not the price offered in the store. We got an email that we needed to make a deposit for the tires, so my son went in person and made the deposit. We did not realize until a few days later when we dropped off the car that the store only ordered 2 tires. I knew there was a rebate if 4 tires were ordered and the price on the deposit slip was close to the 4 tires I was expecting. So I called the store and was told to talk to Josh, who would be in 15-20 later. They good news is that we paid the price I expected for the online reservation, once all the rebates are received. They did provide a list of other items the car needs and we are debating if we will have them fixed there or not. Bottom Line: double check the price before the service is issued.

I've had my car serviced at Big O since they have been at this location & before that at NTB. For the 1st time I felt it was more about how much they could get me to spend vs giving me a quality oil change.

I just moved to the area and was needing new tires. I saw an ad from Big O Tires. I liked the price so I decided to check them out. The employees were helpful and friendly. I now won’t go anywhere else for my car’s service needs.
