The pressure to purchase an alignment when I just dropped $1200 on tires was very annoying. Also my tires were not inflated to manufacturers spec. I had to go back in and tell them to get it fixed.

Had a tire loosing air and had to get it fixed quickly. They worked me in and everything was great.

2nd time I have used Big O since buying out NTB. Not the same! Both times they have not reset the service light on the dash and both times, they have failed to makes sure that they didn't get oil all over the under carriage, resulting in large oil spots on my garage floor and driveway. Probably going to have to go back to having Toyota do the oil change. Pay attention to detail please!

First of all I brought a flat tire in for repair. I thought I would have to wait and pick it up the next day but they went ahead and plug it for me right then and there. Not only that but they switched the repaired flat out with the spare that I was running on. Beyond that they even hung the spare under my truck bed

I came in with a severe vibration, was told I needed new tires, but I expressed concern about my axles, I assume because I was a woman the counter person dismissed my input. I bought the tires because I did need them, but my original concern was never really addressed and my car was not fixed. Very dissappointed.

I called and was greeted by Kevin. He was so friendly. While I waited I noticed him speaking to all of the customers. It wasn’t until he checked me out that I realized he was the manager. I told him, my uncle was the tire manager at Firestone for 30 years and not since him have I seen pride in chain oil/tire shop like I experienced w Kevin. I will be back!

To make a long story short, I called to see what an alignment costs and to schedule an appointment. They said $99. When I came in and a work order printed out it was $109. I was told the extra $10 was for taxes and shop supplies. I don't think MO charges tax on labor, and I didn't think shop supplies were needed for an alignment. I've gotten alignments at other places and they don't add in these extra fees. I was a little irritated with this so when an employee called to say the current alignment was really out of whack and they needed to charge extra labor to try to fix it, I probably mistakenly thought I was getting the run around. In the end, only the toe was adjusted, and the car pulls to the right, so I'm not happy with the outcome.

I was impressed that I could get an early morning appointment for an oil change. When I arrived, they told me it would take an hour for the oil change. I decided to wait in your shop since I had some flexibility. I was one of two people waiting. After getting the car up on the rack, your staff recommended new brake pads. I agreed. They took the wheels off, no one worked on my car for 30-45 minutes and no one gave me any updates. When I inquired about the delay, they said they got busy with something else and would get back to it. I ended up waiting 2.5 hours. Not sure I will return if I have to wait in the store. I would only consider dropping off one of my 4 cars going forward. Your staff was kind and friendly, just not great at communicating with a customer in the store.

Checked online for tires the am 11/11/18. Website indicated tires available and appointment time available for same day so made appointment. Arrived early and rep indicated behind all day but proceeded to process me. Rep then indicated tires not available at location?? Rep then informed that tires requested were available in Dallas but could request. I asked what was available in store, rep then presented another option which I agreed to. He then looked up size and indicated would have to get from another local store?? Said could but then processed with an appointment date for next day... I assumed this meant NO tires were available in my size at the location and accepted the appointment. Came back next day to a different rep. After a call he informed me they "forgot" to deliver the tires but that there were a set of slightly higher priced tires that fit my vehicle available. At this time I asked "you have them IN THIS STORE?" He indicated that yes they did have them at the store, in stock and could put them on at the time of the new appointment that day. Installation was smooth and timely after this interaction. In all I feel A) a bit put off and that the original representative pushed me off because he felt "busy" on the original date of the appointment. B) that the follow up of both locations was lacking in the inability to transfer a local set of tires within a 24 hour time frame C) Bait & Switched to a higher priced set of tires that I ultimately accepted.. Not the greatest customer experience here so hopefully the quality of the product is such that the lack of customer service diminishes over time....

Had a 2pm appointment, due to our schedule I had to drop vehicle off at 10am. Received a call around 11:30 stating vehicle was ready for pick up!

They didn't rotate my tires so I had to wait another 20 minutes while they did that. Then I found grease on the driver's seat and door panel on my lite colored leather interior.

Came in for oil change and winter check up. Also requested they check all bulbs as my panel indicated an outage. On first look they could not determine which bulb was out and told me they couldn't help and pulled my car out of the stall. I urged them to recheck and after putting my car back in the stall they DID locate 2 outages. I wasn't charged for this repair but they were going to let me leave with a tail light out.
