Came in for tire rotation and balance. When my car was finished the low air light was on. Was told to come back if it didn't go off. Well, it didn't go off. Had to stop at gas station and do it myself. This is a tire store-why didn't they pull it back in and take care of this?

Set an appointment on the phone and he was very friendly they were on time with the appointment and I had purchased tires there before and they rotated my tires… Good job

Oil change, alignment, balance and rotation. Dropped off at 12:30 and told should be done by 1:30. Work completed at 5:15. Manager was nice and gracious but seemed to be lacking help from his team. They gave me $20 off my service with out me asking for anything. A coupon for a free oil change in the future would have been appreciated.

The friendliness of the staff when I made the appointment to arriving and having Kevin help me at the Lee's Summit location, was excellent. He let me know exactly what was wrong with the tire and even showed me as well.

I called for an appointment on Thursday, July 19. Was asked what time Saturday I wanted which I thought was odd. Asked what was available, he said 7, I said I'd take it. Was there at 7 on Saturday, no record of an appointment. I was able to leave my car and they worked me in.

We had a tire with a screw in the sidewall and had to replace it. They were able to give me the tire I wanted and have us out of there in 45 minutes. My husband is disabled and it hard on him to get around. They were there for us. They were the most helpful and pleasant people we have dealt with in a long time. Thanks so much for great the service and hospitality.

First, the man checking me in was in no hurry with the other two in line. Then, I had a 1:00 appointment and was told it would be around hour. I left my car. At 3:45 I called to see if it was finished, and they hadn't even started on it. I told him I needed it by 4:30. Upon returning at 4:30 to pick it up, no one was even at the front desk to be seen. I waited about 5 minutes for the guy to get off the phone in an adjacent room. I could hear him talking. If he needs to work in that room, that's fine, but have someone at the front desk. And, what is the point of having an appointment if it takes 3 1/2 hours for an oil change. I like taking my car there, but am sick of how long it takes to do a 20 minute oil change and tire rotation. If you are going to schedule appointments with people, then when they show up, they should have priority. That's the point of an appointment.

Pretty good experience - they got my truck in and finished before I actually needed it which was nice! I don't believe my tires were rotated though for 2 reasons, I have a locking lug nut and the tire pressure in my passenger rear tire was low before I dropped it off and it's still low after I picked it back up.

Staff was friendly but when I got my car back the white leather was covered in dirt, grease and mud. It was everywhere. The cashier was very nice and made a good effort to correct the situation but I had to stop her as it was -20 outside and she was freezing. It was all over my seat floor seat belts console and steering wheel. Extremely disappointed thats how my car was returned to me. Took me 30 minutes to scrub it clean but grime is still stuck in the stitching on the seat.

Battery was dead on a Sunday right at closing time. We were going to leave the car but they instead put in a new battery while we waited

10/04 came for oil change and tpms; asked for diagnostic test; they only need vehicle insp for 24.99 when no check engine light on. said I needed coolant flush, shocks &struts. $1743. 10/07 car had trouble starting. noticed no oil change on receipt & tpms light was back on. took car back, asked oil change & tpms again. Asked for diagnostic AGAIN for free.10/08 they said they don't think anything is wrong with car it starts fine. Maybe battery weak. Check engine "emissions system" & oil 60%

Poor rating because, the mechanics misdiagnosis of my car was wrong! I was told that I needed rear brakes and a control arm. Got a second opinion, and big O tires was wrong! The quote was for about $1700.00! Can not trust your service department now! Otherwise tire installation went fine. Also talked to service advisor about another car, that has a oil warning lite on that needs reset. The tone of his answer was not courtesy at all, not helpful or professional. I now have a negative perspective of returning back.

I scheduled an appointment online to have my tires changed 4 days in advance . I was to drop off my car on Saturday morning and they would have it all day which was fine because I didn't need my car that day. I get there and tell the guy I have an appointment for 10:00 to drop my car off for tires. They couldn't find my appointment. Apparently they rejected the appointment because they didn't have the tires in stock. I asked why o wasn't given a phone call and they said an email was sent and they admitted that a lot of times they go to your spam folder. The only email I received was a confirmation email, nothing else. They ended up squeezing me in the schedule and found a similar tire that was a few bucks more. I asked if they would match the price of the tires I wanted and they did. This ended up being ok but I cannot understand why a business would cancel an appointment without making sure you knew. Customer service is everything people! I'm not sure I will go back because I have experienced better service down the street.

We had a bad tire in the back and a spare tire that needed replaced. We took our Expedition in and bought two new tires. We asked that they take the one good tire on the rear and replace the spare with it then put the two new tires on the back. When we got there the new tires were on the front of the car and the spare was still ripped up and hadn't been replaced. It was closing time and we were three hours from home so we just took it as it was. Now we pray that we don't get another flat tire as they threw our "new" spare tire away instead of putting it on our car like we asked.

They are always pretty quick, the place is clean, and I can usually get an appt scheduled on the same day I call.
