Had a oil change and tire rotation they didn't reset the oil sensor that come on when do. If they rotated my tires obviously they didn't check the air pressure in the tires because the low tire light is still on after they were supposed to be rotated doesn't even looked like they touched them.

Good service; excellent job!

My expertise at Big O was not what I expected. While I was there I was told that I had multiple other problems with my car besides what I was have done. They recommend me take my car to the dealership. Once I did the dealership told me that they do not see anything. Which in turn I spend $50+ more dollars are my car then I needed too. Also the manager tried to undercut Big O by stating he could give the problem better then the dealership. Not sure if this meant that he had a side job doing cars or if big o could do it. Lastly, while I was getting my car worked on I could see through the window that the technicians where laughing, chewing, and messing around instead of promptly working on my car which was the only car in the shop.

It seems every time I come in to Big O Tires in LS, something goes wrong. This is crazy. Tires not rotated and they said they were (saw with my own eyes). Brakes not checked when I was told they were. They just broke my "lug nut" and I had to come back for a repair. I had to ask for receipt of work they did on my car this last time. I had to come back for repair and it took 1.5 hours of my time. I was told new mgmt now. Was hoping to see a new change. :( No one ever came out to tell me how my winter checks and other checks requested on car came out??? Not sure my tires were even rotated after lug nut broke?

Got Lifetime rotation with purchase of tires. They did this tire rotation for free.

I was just going in for my annual tire rotation. After checking in and sitting down, less than ten minutes later, a worker came in and told me that they couldn't perform the rotation because they couldn't find my wheel key. The only solution offered to me is that I should just go to Volkswagen and get a new one. The worker claimed that they had looked all over my car for the wheel key (in my dash, center console, with the spare tire in the trunk) and said that they absolutely could not find it and that it was gone. I went out to my car to look for myself and, almost immediately, opened the wheel well in my trunk and found my wheel key right there on top. There is no way the worker actually looked through my car. I was able to take two minutes and was able to locate the key. When I brought the key back in, the worker's response was "oh, that's it". The whole process took twice as long as it should have and I was late to work. It seemed that the worker was more concerned with having his smoke break.

Good service, got right in at scheduled appt time.

Said they would put spare back under truck but put it in the bed to be found a day later. Truck was loud when I left, I found the air filter box unhooked and unseated under the hood. I received the sale price on tires only after asking for it. I would suggest that you finish painting the inside of the sales room, it is incomplete just like my service.

I had scheduled at the wrong store and they still fit me in

Wheel alignment is extremely expensive. Also left and wheel was still shaking. Called and spoke someone they said it could be my tires. Go to another place and they found out there was a dent in my rim. I wish Big O tires would have told me that before they charged me for alignment I didn't need.

I purchased a basic alignment two months earlier and noticed my vehicle was out of alignment. Since I had just purchased the alignment they took care of the issue without charging me for it.

Gave me a windshield wiper that wasn't made for my car and told me there were 3 things wrong with my car. He said it wouldn't pass inspection if I didn't replace wiper, rear brakes, and that my filter was dirty and needed to be replaced. He told me they had all of it ready and said he'll be back. He didn't ask if I wanted them to fix it or not. I was charged $538 to pass inspection

Great experience!! Wonderful associates that walked us through each step and we knew the price right away. They fixed our air conditioner where 3 other shops had failed. We will bring all of our vehicles here

I showed up for my 2pm appointment at 1:45pm to have my tires rotated, which I had purchased at Big O. At 3:17pm I was told that my tires could not be rotated due to the amount of "cupping" the tires had. At no point in the one hour and twenty-seven minute wait did anyone approach me and tell me there wouldn't be a problem. when I got into my vehicle it reeked of cigarette smoke. I went down the street to Firestone and they rotated my tires without an appointment in 20 minutes and said my tires were fine, but would need to be replaced in approximately 5k miles.

Manager there was awesome

I have used them several times this last time I had one of my trucks in for new tires on the front I was called and informed one of my lug nuts was stripped and they would change it for 113.00. I did pass because the part is 13.00 and is easy to change so I picked up the truck looked at the lug nut (that they pulled and left on the console) and it was stripped by them putting it on since it was only stripped on the end not anywhere down the shaft. I approached the manager and was told cars when they get a certain age this can happen. Metal does not strip on its own it is carelessness and it wasn't stripped by the last people or it would be all the way down the shaft. I have 14 vehicles and have already had 10 tires put on by another professional company in the last month. Very disappointed because of the convenience of the location. I don't shop around I just want a professional company that stands behind their workmanship with honesty, integrity and fairness.

This story starts back in the spring time (around March). My wife had hit one of those wonderful pot holes and destroyed her front left tire. So I picked her up and we went to Big O tires to get it replaced. At the time i didn't think anymore about it. She continued to go to work everyday, and never said that her car was driving different. One day we decided to switch cars. Oh my gosh i couldn't believe how bad the steering wheel vibrated. Over the next few days a wet spot developed under the front right wheel. So i took it back in to Big O Tires for an assessment. They informed me that the right front strut was blown out, and the left front was wet and starting to leak. I figure our fault lets get it fixed. So we spent over $1300 replacing the entire front end suspension. Still major vibration in the front end. Took it back again, and Daniel Case (store manager) took it in and had it looked at. Once they took off the right front tire and looked at it. They found out the rim was bent, and he showed it to me. He told me the guy that worked on it no longer working there and was pretty much heading out the door, and didn't care anymore. He apologized for inconvenience, and gave me a place and phone number of a salvage yard to get a decent used rim. Also informed me that the other tires were getting very warn, and needed to be replaced (i new this and decided that it was time to go ahead and spend the money to make all four tires new). He also said he would not charge me for labor or tire disposal. After a week of searching we finally found one. Took that in and replaced the front right with this new rim, we had other three tires replaced with Big O Tire Brand tires at the same time. Vibration was a lot less, but not totally gone, and now the car pulled to the left. So I took it back in again, They showed me spec and charts that said it was aligned, and true, but i new better because i could feel it when i took my hands off the steering wheel and it tried to drive left into the guard rail,, and the vibration still was not gone. So i took it back again, and they could not tell me why it was not driving straight. After a few more times of looking at it they sent me to another shop 20 miles away. The shop manager was very nice (Alex Comer), but he could not tell me why it did not drive right either. Told me that he thought it was because of the road making it pull. So i finally went to another car repair shop. They had to re-balance all 4 tires, and a 4 wheel alignment, and my wifes CAR DRIVES LIKE ITS NEW. cost me another $125.00 So i went back to the original manager Daniel Case, and he was pretty much dismissive of my findings about getting my wifes car fixed. Told me that he would not except another shops results.Did not care about how i got it fixed, gave me a email address to contact, and said he does not give out discounts to anyone. That i would have to talk to corporate office if i wanted anything done. Why did i not go somewhere else. Because i had already spent almost $2000 with Big O Tires. I was trying to be a patient person, and give someone the benefit of the doubt. Sometimes even if you try to be patient it does not work out in your benefit.
