My initial visit was to get a low tired aired up and possibly repaired. Once I drive up I decided to purchase tires. They had a great sale; but 3 and get 1 free. Even though I didn't make an appointment, I was waited on. I got out of the store in half the time predicted.

Not satisfied at all with their work. Came in with a slow leak in my tire. They didn't patch it, charged me $40, put 5 new lug nuts on and let me leave thinking it was patched only to find it two mornings later completely flat. Got it towed back there to fix it properly this time and they tried to make me pay $100 for a brand new tire when all they could've done is just fix the patch in the first place. So all they did was put my spare tire on for me. I was very confused the entire week because all of the employees were telling me different things and I feel like at least half of the staff isn't trained as well as they could be. I left very upset with their service.

I had a $19.99 coupon for and oil change, when the rang it up they said it would be something like $37.70 I said no I have this coupon and showed it to them. I was told the coupon did not include supplies or labor. I was told they can't make any money doing oil changes for $19.99 I explain to them that's not my problem!! Don't advertise it if you don't want to do it, they said it was a corporate ad not their coupon. At that time I seen it on there ad display and said you are still advertising a $19.99 oil change if you don't want to do it pull the advertisement, but don't try ripping off the customer. This was not my first rodeo so I stood my ground. Although I did say I'd pay.$24 f to get it done. I will never go back. So in the long run it cost you a customer!! Not to mention all the people I've told this to and many said" thanks for the information I'll never go there". It all about customer service and the customer experience!!!!

Would never bring my vehicle back to this store nor would I recommend either. They perform services that were either partially or not completed and still charge you for those services without willingness to make things right. Poor customer service and poor overall value for services rendered if done at all.

They were very helpful at the store. I had a wobble in my tire and couldnt figure out what was causing it. A bit of problem solving on their part got everything straighten out.

I made an appointment in person to rotate my tires on my jeep. The appointment was for Wednesday 6/27 at 4:00pm. To meet this schedule, I went to work at 5:15amand left my office at 3:00p. I arrived at 3:45p checked in, learned they were behind schedule, and my jeep was not pulled into the bay until 5:15p. I left at approximately 5:55p. While the service was fine the delay was exceptionally long without any updates from the management staff.

The mechanic that worked on my vehicle neglected to tighten the bolts that connect the brake assembly to the front axle. The bottom bolt fell out in my driveway and the top bolt was only partially tightened. I had to remove the tire and install the bottom bolt and tighten the upper bolt. The floormat and bottom door frame were filthy with grease. I returned the next day and it was discovered that one of the caliber bolts was missing. I dread to think what would have happened if the brake assembly would have fallen off while driving 70 MPH on the way home. Needless to say, I will not be returning to have my vehicles serviced at this location. If you're are really concerned about customer satisfaction and would like to discuss this further, give me a call at (816) 729-6570. Gary Kensinger

I was in on Friday and they were supposed to call Michelin warranty team and let me know what the outcome. Big O told me that 25,000 miles on Michelin 60000 mile tires was normal and I reached out the Michelin and found out that a claim could be filed without the help of the big o. I still have not heard anything back it from from big o and I reached out to Michelin again and said no one has called them. Now it is Tuesday and Idon't know what's going on and I guess I'll have to follow up.

We went in for 2 new tires, alignment and oil change. Before we left tried to tell us we needed all 8 studs on the front replaced because of rust. I agreed to the service but they were not able to do that because the studs are welded in and said the hubs needed to be replaced. We declined that service and took it straight to our trusted mechanic. He informed me with pictures that the studs had ZERO rust on them and that when they tried putting one lug back on they cross threaded it and to cover themselves wanted to charge me to replace the studs and then the hub. The interesting part was a clothes hanger was wrapped around the studs on our two front tires. The car left your shop and went straight to our trusted mechanic and he let us know this was put on intentionally done to get us to return and charge us for a service we did not need. We notified the manager who was not helpful or professional. We have pictures to prove all that I have said above. At this point we are contacting a lawyer and call for action.
