Excellent staff and very knowledgeable. The only thing to comment on is the labor prices for front end work seem pretty high. Only got an estimate for ball joints and pitman/idler arm and wow what a shock. Got to save two to three years of tax returns to pay for it. I just hope my truck will last that long.

I have been going to this store (f/k/a NTB, but same company) for over four years and until now have been generally pleased. That changed when I came in for a simple oil change last week on a ten year old car. I was told that my motor mounts were bad and that it would cost over $700 to replace them. I was skeptical, especially since I had had the engine rebuilt within the previous two years at the dealership. I took it back to the dealership to see whether there was truly a problem and if so, why. The dealer examined the motor mounts and confirmed that there was absolutely nothing wrong with them, but this diagnosis cost me 72 bucks. I called Big O and spoke to "Daniel," the manager, to express my disappointment at the expensive misdiagnosis. He was instantly loud, rude and defiant. He offered an "apology" that was really a thinly disguised insult. Not, "I'm sorry for the misdiagnosis," but "I'm sorry you feel that way," as if I was the problem. When I asked him why anyone was even looking at the engine mounts in the first place, he said, "Because we are a mechanic shop and we are here to make money." Hey, no kidding! This "Daniel" is the same guy who insisted he was "required" to use synthetic oil on another car I had brought in previously, which had never required synthetic oil before. Obviously, Daniel lives by the upsale. Well, he can die by the upsale. I won't be coming back to Big O until he's gone. Given the rapid turnover of management there, I may not have to wait long.

I was charged for services not done. Since to a your Raymore store, only to be denied service. When asked to refund me $139.00 for charging me for a service not perform. I was to to email the owner. I called customer service and was told that I should hear from someone in upper management within 72 hours. I still waiting for your response to this matter. Never been nor heard of Big O Tires. Stolen VIN or something because this has happened multiple times in the last 6 months

Said the alignment I paid for was done. Could not provide a print out of the alignment job and the car still pulls to the right. Makes me question if the alignment was even done. The cars acts the same way before I brought it in. So now I am 120$ lighter and no proof of alignment being done.

It was a long day in the waiting room as the parts sent were wrong twice. It wasn't until the afternoon that I believe someone at the store went and got the correct part. The manager made things right and I really appreciate what he did. Sorry I do not know his name.

I needed a tire fixed and had been to four other shops who didn't have time. Not only did Big O tires have time to fix my tire and put it back on my car, but they didn't charge me! I will absolutely be returning for other services. Thank you,
