Excellent service

The lady at the service counter was one of the nicest and most helpful employees I have ever encountered. I wish I knew her name to give her proper credit. She provided excellent customer service and was very friendly.

It was a long day in the waiting room as the parts sent were wrong twice. It wasn't until the afternoon that I believe someone at the store went and got the correct part. The manager made things right and I really appreciate what he did. Sorry I do not know his name.

I didn't have an appointment but, they got me in anyway. It only took about 1 1/2 hours to get 4 tires put even though they were very busy.

This was my first time at Big O Tires and from the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly employee who kindly helped me check in for my appointment. She made a point to ask me how I was doing and made the process very easy. They called me to say my tire was fixed in a very timely manner. When I went back to pick up my car, a different employee finished the paperwork and payment with me and was just as friendly and approachable. The customer service and quality of service are phenomenal! I will definitely be coming back here for all my car needs!

I needed a flat tire fixed during Thanksgiving holiday and no one would do it. Big O Tires was recommended to me by another company. The guys got me right in, fixed my tire at no charge. They earned my business by being great customer service. Just had all new tires, oil change & brakes. I won't be going anywhere else. Great guys and worth the price!
