GREAT staff here. Always very helpful, quick and courteous. Having 3 cars in the famly we are there frequently and they always provide a fantastic customer service experience!!

Kevin was great to work with. He was very friendly and was sure to communicate everything that was going on. The girl up front was also very enjoyable and had amazing communication with other clients as well as myself. Will definitely be back to this location!

I had a very low tire. The front desk girl (I wish I knew her name) was extremely friendly and explained that since it was late in the day it couldn't be checked that day and set me up with an appointment the next day to fit my schedule. The tech then filled up my tires. They got me right in when I arrived the next day, found a hole, repaired my tire and told me no charge. I bought my tires at this location and I appreciate the great service everytime I go in!

Made an appt. was in and out in under thirty minutes. Very happy!

First time at a Big O. I made an appointment for a safety inspection. I was warmly greeted. They immediately went to work getting the information for my vehicle. They performed a through inspection. Two small items needed to be replaced to pass. They quickly changed the two bulbs and I was on my way. Pleasant visit.

Josie is easily the best customer service person I have ever had at any of the locations through the years. Very polite on the phone as well as in person!!!!

Great service

Mark and Josie took excellent care of me. I was extremely distraught when I learned that I had a flat tire. They were extremely helpful and made me feel better about the major purchase of 2 new tires (which I didn’t have in my budget). They were so efficient even with being down a person, they still took great care of me as if they were fully staffed.

The guys treated me great and my car was completed quickly.

Came in for a tire repair, I was in and out in 15 minutes. The technician I dealt with was very nice and quick at doing his job. The store manager also made it a point to come and talk to me. Being 37 weeks pregnant it was so nice to receive positive attitude, quick repair and excellent customer service. I definitely will be back when needed and refer friends/family to the Lee's Summit location.

From the moment I called Big O to the moment I walked in... Josie was phenomenal. She explained everything so clearly and effectively. I had tried to take my car to walmart and firestone and walmart lied and told me they could help me (when they couldnt) and firestone was going to make me pay 45% more than Big O Tires... I am extremely pleased with my service at Big O and am a lifetime customer forsure... it all started and ended with Josie. Thank you Big O! Martin Velasquez
