Good service for a good price.

Very good customer service from the young lady and the gentleman whom service my vehicle. I was very impressed with both of them. You have very good employees at that store working for you.

Josie Sharp is a wonderful employee. She is always giving excellent customer service. It’s very seldom in this day in age that you get the impression that the service providers truly care about their customers and she does exactly that. She deserves a promotion or at the very least and award or recognition for quality service.

Best experience ever. Dropped tire off for repair and picked up following day. Ask them if they would reinstall wheel back on and take off the spare. 15 minutes later, they were finished and I went to pay...NO Charge. I was really surprised by their kind gesture. Definitely gained a new long term customer and will be back when I need new tires or service!

Overall a great experience! Friendly staff (especially Kevin Harper and Josie Sharp) that provided outstanding customer service.

I cannot say enough great things about this location. total damsel in distress. I needed to drive to Chicago to get on an airplane because my local flight was canceled. The tire light came on. These guys jumped into action when it was one minute to closing time. This type of thing does not happen in today's world. These were guys who just wanted to make a situation go right. Caleb is such a great young man. I would be very proud if I was his mother.

This entire team is great but Josie is the reason I’ll keep returning. I was just going to come in for rotation and air pressure check and ended up getting oil change and everything else done there. Josie made this experience not only enjoyable but easy. I saw her and mark juggle multiple customers at once, keeping everyone happy. The never failed to educate the customer and ensure they understood. I felt valued and taken care of. That’s sometimes rare for a female in this industry. The mechanics were also top tier. This is by far the best location and I will keep driving from Kansas to see them.

Needed a simple patch on my daughter's tire that had a nail in it. I dropped it off, they worked it in same day.

I think your employees are nice and informative. But I will say there seems to be quite a wait at this store. 3 people were unhappy with the wait. They have told me there more than once that they are usually short of help.
