Great experience!! Caleb in the tire bay was super friendly and went out of his way to change my tire out and put on my donut tire for me. So nice to have such a nice, friendly person helping people out!! I went inside and Kevin helped me and he was great as well. I appreciate the friendly people who helped me out with a tire issue and had four new tires on my car within a short amount of time. Much appreciated!! Caleb and Kevin are ROCKSTARS!!

I had a really bad experience at another store but the Lee Summit big O tires was completely different. Very professional, knowledgeable, and willing to do whatever it took to get the job done. Nate and Daniel were phenomenal and I've been to a lot of mechanics but these guys go above and beyond to make sure everything is done the right way.

I dropped off my car, but came back after a short appointment. My car was mostly finished and they showed me my rear shocks were completely rusted.

I was passing through on my way back to Texas and had blown a tire on I-70. Not many places open on a Sunday. Got there first thing and the team got right to work fixing me up with a new set of Michelins. They were courteous, fast, and did not try to upsell me on stuff I did not need. Got me back on the road. I appreciate that!!
