I've been at the Big-O a few times and I've always had great service and the employees were all nice.

I worked w the manager Ryan and he was so helpful and very professional!! Thanks to him I got my car done and on my way quick!

I was very please of the quickness of the scheduling of the appointment and availability of the exact Michelin tires that I wanted. Everything was explained to me and was greeted and treated professionally by staff. Thanks Big O Tires! 🤙

I scheduled online for a full set of tires. The process to pick tires and set up an appointment was very easy. However, I wish the prices of the alignment and the warranty were listed so I could better plan for the overall price. The store employees were great. The parking lot is waaaaay too small. Literally no place to park and it's the busiest store! Tire change was done fast and well. I'm happy.

Staff was great. Gave me a great deal on 4 new tires. Quick and easy.

Kevin Harper went above and beyond to talk me through the issue with my car. He made me feel comfortable in the shop and had excellent customer service.

I received excellent service and will highly recommend Big O Tires to others. They were very attentive in keeping me informed of their findings and went out of their way to help me locate another store that carried the tire I needed. The waiting area was a pleasant experience with comfortable seating, coffee, vending machines for snacks or drinks, a large screen tv and clean bathrooms.

They went out of their way to give an elderly man a ride home. Very considerate!

Everything was smooth as I am regular here at Big O Tires. I always anticipate that estimated time is not always guaranteed for a service & overall the employees that work here are friendly & hard working!

JOSIE WAS A GREAT STAFF PERSON. SHE WAS VERY FRIENDLY, REMEMBERED ME WHEN I RETURNED TO PICK UP MY CAR, PREPARED A QUOTE FOR TIRES FOR ME AND TALKED WITH ME AS THOUGH WE WERE FRIENDS. KEVIN TOOK MY INITIAL CALL TO SET UP THE APPOINTMENT AND AGREED TO TAKE ME BACK TO WORK IF I NEEDED. IT WAS A QUICK AND HAPPY EXPERIENCE!
