Quick and efficient. They got the alignment done while waiting for the tires to arrive, so I didn't have to wait at all.

Convenient location from place of residence, scheduling was quickly responded to, service and wait time was professional and I even enjoyed the waiting room!

The manager at the shop at 77th and Wornall Rd in Kansas City was very attentive to my questions and type of check I was asking for assistance on re: new tires just purchased at another Big O store in Montrose, Colorado.

The staff were very accommodating and quick. They called me right away to let me know the tires were done and they were very friendly throughout.

The employees were extremely helpful courteous and knowledgeable. They addressed all my concerns. Kevin and Melvin are the best. I will definitely go back there even though this location is 20 miles from me.

Awesome place. They fixed my flat tire right away and they refused to get any money for their services. I was not even their regular customer nor I had purchased my tires from them.

I've been using Big O Tires service for awhile now they have reasonable prices and they are close and convenient with in my area haven't had a issue yet the only issue I have is just the long wait times but not all the time.
