I was initially told it was going to be a 2 hour wait, but they brought in extra help and I was out the door in 35 minutes! Such a relief! Jason was excellent!

Ease of appointment setup, quick and easy check in, quick and accurate service. I have a lifted jeep on 33 inch tires, some shops won’t touch a vehicle if the customer has done work on it. Big O didn’t skip a beat.

They had the tire I needed in stock, vehicle was pulled in for service quickly after arriving, the waiting area was clean, the wait for service to be completed wasn't too long and check out went smoothly with no unexpected extra charges.
