Big O Tires

I originally brought my vehicle in for a state inspection. The tires needed replacement and they were able to take care of me that day though I didn't have time. They scheduled me for the first availability in my schedule. I recommend this place to any one who asks about getting their auto serviced.

Quick professional & ease of experience

It was a seamless process for a oil change.

Was there 2 years ago and was very dissatisfied with lack of organization and time management. This time completley different experience. May have been new manager Melvin who seemed to be on top of his team.

My daughter dropped off her car, they took care of it, look up the warranty and they were very professional.

I had to drive back to Houston the next morning and caught a flat. This was on Saturday night at 6pm 11/27/The guy in the front was really cool and professional. My tire ripped a few inches from the rim. It was really hard for the guys in the garage to get it off but they didnt get frustrated. They continued to come inside and tell me they would get me rolling again. The guy in the front was easy to talk to while I waited and I appreciated the concern he had for my situation. The tire was fixed and we got back to Houston on Sunday night. Thanks to Yall. Appreciate that staff that was there that night. They couldve easily given up on a Saturday Night but they didnt... SOLID

Crawford at the location on 76th Wornall is really outstanding and kind and helpful.

I called at the last minute and they were able get me in, AND completed the service within a half hour! Everyone was so friendly and courteous!

I was highly satisfied with the customer service and the communication that they had with me on my vehicles I was transferred with my company from Houston to Kansas City and I was recommended by a coworker how dependable and honest they were at that location so I have been bringing my vehicles and recommending others in taking their units to them I've owned and ran car dealerships for years and just recently got out of the business to do ministry and I thank God that I have ran into Melvin and the guys in his shop because I give them a hundred across the board for their hard work and consistency but most of all the honest communication that they give me on my vehicles God bless them on everything that they set out to do with the Big O Tire company.
