My car was completed in a timely manner the same day as I dropped it off for a tire replacement. Melvin was very helpful, polite, and professional. I am extremely pleased with my new Michelin Pilot Sport AS4 tires. This location did a perfect replacement - no vibrations or anything afterward, indicating a proper alignment and balance.

I saw Nolan at the Wornall store and he was fantastic. I ran one of my tires flat the other day and have been driving on a donut- I had an extra tire, all I needed was to have it put on the wheel, balanced and put on the car. Nolan told me to bring it in and he'd get me taken care of. I had a short 20min wait and I was ready to go, wasn't charged a PENNY! All he asked for was a good review. Highly recommend this shop!

We had a nail in the side of the tire, late in the day on a Friday. The manager squeezed us in and made sure we were safe to be on the road for the weekend.

Got a new tire put on and Mike was very professional and the service was extremely fast.
