Big O Tires

The team was friendly and professional. Especially the person that checked me in, she was very helpful and assuring. I bought my tires at NTSB and since then have visited a few stores for repairs or oil changes and was not impressed. However, this store was super impressive.

Went to Firestone to get new tire installed after mine blew out on highway. They said it would take all day to install. Upon advice of my boyfriend I went to O who installed it within 1.5 hours. I ended up getting oil change too. Price of tire and oil change was less than Firestone. Install time was quick and service was awesome

I had an excellent experience and plan to return to replace the tires on my other vehicle. I was greeted and treated very professionally, the service was completed faster than estimated, and the waiting area was nice convenient and had space for me to work will I waited for my repair. It was my first experience using this place but it will not be the last.

I purchased the tires new in August 2019. I did not think they did a good job balancing them. I had them balanced again in 2020. They were somewhat better. This time the balance was great. Rock steady on the highway.

Melvin was awesome. He was so patient and friendly and communicated pricing and changes clearly. He was busy during my visit but treated every customer and phone call with utmost respect. Mad props to Melvin!
