Dana helped me when I needed to get new tires for my vehicle. She was amazing and so helpful. I was unhappy with the length of time my service took, especially that I was able to view my car during the service and it sat in the garage for over 45 minutes after the tires were placed without a single person doing any additional work on the vehicle. When I checked in they let me know it was waiting on alignment checking but the alignment bay was wide open. The team members had moved on to work on other cars that came in well after my vehicle or were standing around the garage chatting. Dana was very good about following up with the staff about the delay with my car but it was still very frustrating. Overall good experience but only due to Dana's cheerful attitude, quickness to get me answers and persistence with the garage staff to complete the service on my car.

Went in for oil change appt was started on time and I watched from the waiting room while my car was being worked on they also fixed a tire I was having trouble with great service , I feel like my car was cared for not like the drive through places that just rush you through and dont do a very good job

Mevin made the process very seamless and efficient. I didn't feel like he was after my money, he was very genuine and went above and beyond to make sure all the customer's needs were met. He was the only employee working the front and he did a wonderful job. Kept me in the loop during the whole process. 10/10, kudos to Mevin.

I like going to Big O Tires for my oil changes as they are highly affordable. However, I always see new staff members in there which concerns me about their turnover. They are always busy in there so when I call, I get put on hold, or when I come in, have to wait. None of that is a big deal to me but there are times I've been in the store and a customer calls in and some of the staff has no motivation to go and answer the phone so it will ring for a good 60 seconds before it's answered. Also, I always feel like they tell me something is wrong with my car for additional repair and those are way too expensive. I didn't fix the thing they told me the last oil change I had because I didn't notice it myself and funny enough, it wasn't something they brought up after my most recent oil change... did the problem just disappear? Or was there never an issue... that's where I start to get a little leery of the service. I'll keep coming back for oil changes but until I see consistency and true expertise, I'll always get a second opinion on whatever they say is wrong with my car and I'll probably get it fixed somewhere more affordable. $500 quote on brakes and rotor? I know it costs less than 1/2 of that...

They were professional and repaired my tire in a timely manner.

I went in for an oil change and noticed their price had jumped considerably. When I mentioned this they guy said it is always this price, unless you have a coupon....he did not tell me there was actually a coupon out that I could apply if I found it on line. He was prepared to charge me 45 dollars. If I would not have got to thinking about looking for a possible coupon...I would have paid the 45 as opposed to 25. What a jerk.
