I need a serpentine belt,and was charged double from advanced auto.then going getting it myself,think.thats wrong.that policy sucks charging double not a happy customer.

Great staff and always handles services repairs on my vehicle quickly. Conveniently located in Waldo near my house as well!

I came in to get a flat repaired. They took in my vehicle right in. There were 2 of us in the waiting room. They came back to me in a reasonable time, explaining their finding, and we agreed on steps to be taken. Then ALL the tech staff in the shop working on cars/tires got up and left on a lunch break. All of them. Now work getting done, no staggering of staff beaks. Instead of having a tech stay to work on waiting customer issues, while others took their break. When they finally did return, it took less than 10 minutes to finish my issue. 10 minutes a single tech could have stayed to finish a waiting customer issue, before breaking for lunch. That is why I did not rate service higher.

I had an emergency and was from out of town so very stressful as I had to get my son to the airport so time was critical. I went to the closet tire store and they could not take care of me until late in the day and didn’t seem to care. We sought out Big O and they were wonderful.

I purchased 4 new tires and I am happy with the way that my car handles now. The manager Kevin was very pleasant and knowledgeable, he explained what was needed and went above and beyond with customer service. I will be back and I have also referred friends

I liked the service, however there needs to be closer attention paid to communication. I was told by one employee that they would have my tires in by 3:00p the day of service, but upon arriving to the store, was told by a different employee that they were not in. 30 minutes later, I was called by the store manager and he informed me that the tires were indeed there. What was more frustrating was that his tone suggested he was completely unaware of the communication, to which I recognize is not his fault. It was a rather big inconvenience, but other than that, it was a good experience, especially since the store was willing to honor a coupon that had expired a few days prior.

My only qualm is that upon making an online appointment and selecting the tires I wanted, when I got to the shop, there were only two of the tires available. I had to come back the next day to have my tires installed. It was a terrible inconvenience as I had to take more time off of work and pay for ubers.

Just had a couple of oil changes done. Saturdays are busy - but they did a good job of keeping to schedule in spite of the heavy walk-in traffic... make an appointment if you can.
