Big O Tires

BROUGHT MY CAR IN AT NOON AND DID NOT GET IT BACK UNTIL 6. THOUGHT THAT WAS A LITTLE SLOW. EVERYONE WAS NICE. HAD A PROBLEM WITH RESETTING THE SENSORS IT TOOK TWO TRIP BACK UNTIL WE GOT IT FIXED.

Good service by Kevin and good price on tires.

Everyone was friendly and I had a budget that's they helped me stick to. The coffee area was a big messy and I ended up waiting 2 almost 2 and a half hours to get tires rotated and an oil change. May not seemed as bad if someone had come in to keep my posted on what was taking so long. I will happily return though because I have no complaints otherwise.

I pulled in there with a flat tire and they was ready and willing to assist me anyway they could.

It took a long time for all the repairs as more items were found. Oil change done but they failed to turn off the "oil change" light. Would be nice if you offered a vacuum job and/or car wash after the service. Overall I was satisfied with the work that was done.

Quick and efficient. They got the alignment done while waiting for the tires to arrive, so I didn't have to wait at all.

I use this location for tires and oil changes. Weekends can be challenging for them - they get lots of walk-in customers with urgent needs. So scheduling is difficult. But overall they do a good job and the staff works hard, just plan to have to wait a bit, even if you have an appointment.

The manager at the shop at 77th and Wornall Rd in Kansas City was very attentive to my questions and type of check I was asking for assistance on re: new tires just purchased at another Big O store in Montrose, Colorado.

I needed tires they did not have at the store, they ordered in the tires and installed them the same day. The installation took about 30 min.

The employees were extremely helpful courteous and knowledgeable. They addressed all my concerns. Kevin and Melvin are the best. I will definitely go back there even though this location is 20 miles from me.

Service was great I will come back.

the associates are a great improvement from prior visits. Everyone I spoke with or saw was professional, neatly dressed, knew how to use the computer systems, etc.

During this visit the sales associate was helpful in finding the tires I wanted and the size for my vehicle. The tires were ordered and the service was completed on-time. The individual that moved my vehicle (either into the bay, from one bay to the next, or back out to the lot) must have had dirty hands and shoes as I had to clean the door and the tan carpet following the visit. This was significant and I should have brought it to the sales associates attention rather than just leaving.

Kevin was knowledgeable and very polite and treated me fair and explained everything up front. He is a great asset to your team

The only downside to Big-O tires is that they run specials so often that you might miss out on saving some extra money. Otherwise, their service is flawless and prices are hard to beat. I'm always given an honest opinion, the tech's seem to know exactly what needs to be fixed and how long something else will last. And if I say I want a reasonably priced tire I don't get fed any up-selling attempts. I'll continue to come back time and time again.

The staff were friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. They knew their craft and serviced my needs. Didn’t try to oversell any services, but explained my options.

Everything was great but the technician did get in my car with oil on his shoes so it was all over the light tan, cloth floor mat. Fortunately I was able to get the oil out by washing it in the washing machine.

The manager Mel Vin and staff are great representatives of the Big O brand. Even under stress they all kept a smile. They should all be recognized as being great at their job!
