The manager was very informative and polite. I liked that I could see my vehicle being serviced. I liked the fact that I could also see Mr Bush walking the the work bay areas checking on the progress of the work being done. At one point I saw him assisting a couple of workers. I was greatly impressed with this kind of service. I am a retired customer service manager and appreciate good customer service when I see it. The location at 7622 Wornall Rd, Kansas City, MO 64114 should be recognized for a job well done for showing what good customer service is about. Kudos to the team.

I came in asking questions and wanting to purchase a couple of tires. The person did mention a cheaper tire and I did purchase those. He did not suggest or offer any information about what I purchased or any other product. I can appreciate that I was not up sold on anything.

Everything went as expected. I had done research prior to calling to make an appointment and was pleased that the sales rep ultimately steered me towards one of my top two choices. Check in was a breeze and they had me in and out in 45 minutes. I purchased 4 new tires and had them installed.

Not my normal part of town. Walked in with nail in my tire. In/out in 30 minutes. (It helped that they had the bandwidth) Dealt with 2 desk staff. Both were friendly and polite.

Initially went for tire repair, had them do oil change and tire rotation, after looking at tire next day the repaired tire was in the same position, right, rear as when I brought the vehicle in, the tire plug extended outside the tread of the tire.

The customer service rep was friendly at the beginning, but then "wigged out" when I asked the technician to air up my tires. I had originally declined all checks, but to allow more time for the oil to drain, I then changed my mind and asked the tech to air up the tires, but the cust svc rep became rude over that. I was impressed that the tech took care to keep the car clean, and did not over-tighten the drain plug. However, the shop was missing the cartridge oil filter cap wrench that fit my car. When the tech was about to use a very large pair of jaws (pliers), I declined, and took the car home to replace the oil filter myself.

was told they would "probably" be able to get to my tire the day i dropped it off. i went out and ran errands in the hopes of getting my car back that same day. no such luck. i was not called to inform me my car would not be ready until the next afternoon, and was quite inconvenienced in trying to get home that day. not to mention $250 for one tire seems a bit steep, even with a 3-year "warranty."

Overall experience was fine and will continue to return with my service needs. However, I was frustrated with the appointment process. I'm not sure how online scheduling system is integrated with the store... but I arrived for my approved appointment time at 8:00 am and was told they had no record of my appointment. Eventually, I was able to show I had made my reservation online and received a confirmation email that the time was indeed approved. At that point, it was a "we can get you in, but it might take awhile." My wife and I were off and leaving town with some errands to run before hand... so no major setback this time. However, if I had an 8:00 appointment with different circumstances I would have been much more annoyed by a simple oil change now taking 3 hours for my vehicle to be ready when I had taken the time to schedule a opening appointment slot ahead of time.

I dropped my car off for a slow leak in one of my tires, within 2 hours they called back saying it was ready to be picked up and my total was less than 30 dollars

I felt that I got a hard sale after the oil change. I had a coupon for $25 but the oil change costs $71 for reasons I do not clearly understand.... something about synthetic oil versus semi synthetic. All I wanted was a oil change. I will not be back. I can go to the Lexus dealer for this.

Kevin was great and got me in
