Big O Tires

Which store was this for. Englewood is terrible. Worrall is great. Bit dirty but I run a cleaning company.

My damaged tire was fixed exactly as I wanted, when it was promised.

I was told I needed an alignment and went to another body shop and was told I didn't need one. I was told false information for a sale and I do not appreciate that.

Well Kevin I believe that’s his name was really nice and sufficient and help me out a lot and I appreciate it.

Lacking in customer service. My experience was awkward and filled with uncomfortable silence.

Fast service

Sale person didn't mentioned about tire special buy 3 and one free. Found out after purchase two tires. Disappointed.

It was so easy to schedule it online. We work in kc live in Springfield and none of the locations in our city could get us in when we were home. I was grateful this location had the availability. The price was a little more than I anticipated but again, different city so I understood.

When I was greeted for my oil change (scheduled online) I was informed I didn't have an oil change scheduled. When I asked what WAS scheduled I was read a list of items that may or may not come with an oil change. I requested no tire rotation but I was marked on the window sticker as done. The manager was GREAT. However, Steve who greeted me needs several lessons in customer service and what the store offers. I will no longer come for anything except the alignment checks I purchased when I purchased my 4 new tires there and I will tell everyone else to stay far away.... I'm sad.

Good friendly service

I was very unhappy with the experience I had. I will now find another place to get my oil changed and tires. This is disappointing because I had trust in the previous employees and it was the reason I continued to come back.

Awesome place. They fixed my flat tire right away and they refused to get any money for their services. I was not even their regular customer nor I had purchased my tires from them.

The 19.99 oil change is know 24.99 still over 40 to just get an oil change and rotate.nothing was offered free alignment check.or nothing For THAT price just sad.

Great service overall

I got an oil change. Which was done. My stamp on my window said my tires were rotated which were not. I don't think I will go back to that location. I'm good.

Great experience customer service was excellent this is why I keep coming back.

I made an appointment 4 days in advance for an oil change and for someone to look at a wheel bearing that I knew was bad. I mentioned those services when I checked in. After 2 hours, they were finished with my oil change, but had not even looked at the wheel bearing. I eventually convinced them it was worth looking at (especially since I asked them to), and they told me it would be another 2.5 hours to do it. As consolation for my long wait, they took $20 off.
