My tire pressure was low I had it looked at I believe everyone did a great job with this service . When I arrived To pick my car up my car was parked in entrance very easy for someone to hit . I said something about this to the associate she didn't seem apologetic at all about it . I can understand if my car was pulled forward closer to the exit but not the entrance I see a problem with that and if my car were to have gotten hit by another car it would be the company's fault .

I purchased tires for my 2014 Mazda CX5 at Big O on 11/14/18. At that time I was told it needed rear brakes. I did not have them replaced. I had no problems or noises from the brakes this past year. On 12/23/19 I had the tires rotated and balanced at Big O. I was told again it needed rear brakes and given the impression this was critical. I declined having them replaced. On 12/26/19 I replaced the rear brakes on the car. After removing the pads I'm estimating there was at least another 10 to 15 thousand miles left on the pads. I've been working on cars for over 50 years and know what I'm talking about. The car only has 36,000 miles on it and it's not driven hard. The "needs rear brakes" thing kinda sounds like a scam to me. I will be leery of any advice I receive in the future from Big O tires.

The first person I dealt with was pretty rude. No one was in the store to greet me so I had to open the shop door to wave him down, then he acted like I wasn't even there, and scoffed at me once he turned around. when I picked my vehicle up, the other gentleman was quite nice, and gave me great service.

You shouldn't have to get all this information and send a bunch of emails to change two tires. The $57.99 a piece tire costed around $95 a piece because of tax and labor which is unbelievable.

Every time I go there I get the great service from your employees I wouldn't go anywhere else when it comes to tires also I appreciate and love your service sometimes I wish I could get a discount because I've been there several times to purchase tires from you guys
