Great service! Dana, helped me set up an appointment and provided a quote as well. I was so happy with the service and the quick turn around!! Dropped my car off at 11:30a and got a call to pick up at 2p. 10/10 service and would recommend to anyone!

I scheduled an on line appointment and it was accepted. I waited 45 minutes and my car was not even brought into the garage. I would understand that if I was a walk in but why bother scheduling an appt if you are going to keep the customer waiting that long? The manager was apologetic but this is not my first negative experience with that location so I will not be back.

A bit disappointed overall with my recent Big O experience. I brought my car in to be serviced on a Friday: oil change and rotation. Also needed service on one of my wheel hubs, which prompted the team to recommend a new set of tires. The team was able to complete the oil change and the rotation, but needed to order parts for the wheel hub. I was told the services (wheel hub replacement and new tire install) could be done at the same time. It was explained that the wheel hub had a press-in/press-out bearing and that the work would take about 2 hours. I scheduled service for the following Tuesday. I arrived about 5 minutes late to my appointment on Tuesday and dropped the keys with the front desk. When I returned from lunch (about one hour later), my car had not been touched. When I asked for a status on my vehicle, I was told it would be four hours for the techs to complete the work. I was unable to stay at the shop to wait, so I rescheduled my appointment for the following Saturday. I arrived on Saturday morning around 8:45am and I was told that the work would take around four hours to complete. My car should be finished between 12-1:00. I left the shop to work for a few hours. Upon returning to the shop at 12:45, I asked for a status on my car. I was then told that the tires had not been done yet and that would take another 90 minutes. When I asked why the tires hadn't been installed yet, I was told this was because the wheel hub was a press-in/press-out type bearing and that took longer to complete. Nothing had changed about the work that needed to be completed, it was an example of VERY poor time management and VERY poor communication from the team at this franchise. The only bright spot was a man named Ted who was kind enough to explain what had happened, pulled another tech in to help install the tires (thus shortening the time to complete that) and was communicated as much as he was able. Even with Ted's help, my car was in for service until almost 2:00pm that Saturday and that time would have been later had I not said something. This franchise seems to lack clear leadership and also seems to get in its own way by not communicating clearly to its customers. Overall this was a pretty poor showing for Big O.

i went in for rear brakes and they attempted to sell me $900 worth of service for front brakes that it turns out i did not even need---brake fluid exchange. i had the rear brakes done and got a second opinion on the front. I can no longer trust this establishment.

I live 2 hours away and ended up with a flat tire. My tiny car doesn't carry a spare. So, I needed my tire fixed or a new tire. I didn't know where to go but I looked up Big O b/c we have them in my home town of Columbia, MO. I had our tow truck driver take us to the one on Wornall Rd. On the phone they had said they would try to squeeze me in around their other appointments. I had decided in my mind this would take all afternoon. We walked to a local restaurant and had some lunch. When we came back, they were putting the tire back on my car. They only needed to patch it. I was certain they would try to sell me 4 new tires (I know that's their job) but I just wanted to get home. I had been up for 12+ hours and needed a nap. These guys were QUICK and KIND and just fixed me up so I could get home. I truly appreciate everything this shop did for me. I know where to go if this ever happens again but I'm praying I won't have anymore issues. Thanks Big O.

2 hours and 30 minutes for an oil change, v during which time I could observe a large part of the time my car wasn't being actively worked on. Suggested an air filter replacement but after 45 minutes of no one touching my car to put in the new filter, I had to demand that they put the old one back in so I could leave. Then they ran out AFTER I'd paid saying they already put the new one in (after being told to stop) and were clearly mad when I said I'd already paid and wanted to leave. Plus, Overflowing trash in waiting room. I didn't even get a sticker saying when my next oil change should be. I'm frankly not even sure they changed the oil!!

The person checking me in was not able to answer my questions. She seemed overwhelmed. I asked her about additional service I need and she gave me no information. When I got my car back there were oily footprints staining my mat. No barrier was put down. I will never go back there and will tell everyone I know not to go there.

Even though I was not greeted at my car nor offered a free alignment check on my recent visit, I still recommend Big O Tires because I've had no issues with them on my oil changes.

I was a walk-in with a flat tire that was given a time estimate of 1.5 hours and chose your store over the another store because of that time estimate. I ended up waiting in the store for 5hrs and 15 min with no one ever checking in to inform me the time estimate had changed. The front desk person was very nice but I was very disappointed with how off the time estimate was.

The services were slow and incomplete. I did receive a comped oil change due to paying for services I did not receive. I later received the rest of the services at my second appointment. Both of my appointments were not a priority or upheld in that long wait times were always a factor. However, the manager is very nice and knowledgeable. Since my experience was pretty poor, I do not think I will use Big O Tires again unless things improve.

Sam, in service, was extremely helpful and worked with my friend in an emergency, after a tire blow out, to order four tires when I was still flying back to town! He patiently gave us the options in separate phone calls, and arranged the tire order and scheduled the service before we could get the car there. The service was completed when he said, and I received a call when it was finished. I picked up the vehicle and was able to go about my business during this really busy time of year, as I was scheduled to go out of town again a couple of days later.

I made an appointment for an oil change and 45 minutes after I checked in my car hadn't even been pulled into the garage. What should have been a 30 minute service took well over an hour and a half to complete. It's frustrating because I made the appointment to fall over a lunch break at work and had to call my boss to let him know that I would be late over an oil change. Why even make an appointment if I still have to wait almost an hour before the work is started? It's hard to want to come back when I don't know how long a service will take even with an appointment.
