I my bought tires here before a big trip last fall based upon store location, tire availability and price. They failed to balance the tires. I had to borrow a vehicle for my trip as my vehicle was undriveable at highway speeds. So i took it back upon my return and they fixed the problem. Fast forward to this week's visit. I took my vehicle in at 2pm for tire rotation. I had an appointment. I opted to leave it and walk home instead of wait since I had work to do at home. I was told it'd be 35-45 minutes. I returned just before 4 pm. to retrieve my vehicle. I was told it was not done and it was "next." The person working the counter got the manager and the manager said they'd get on it "right away." So I sat and waited. They had it done in about 15-20 minutes. The manager apologized and was very polite, but come on. Two hours for a tire rotation? If I had a floor jack I would have done it myself. Doing business at store is not worth the effort in my opinion. I'll be taking my future business elsewhere.

Tires are expensive and I hate that. Cars are stupid. Everyone was nice.

Appointment times don't really mean anything. Took over 2 hours to put on 2 tires. They offered, for a fee to fill my steering fluid (but didn't notice it has a leak) didn't say anything about brakes and I know I need a brake job. Offered to do a wheel alignment since my old tired were worn, for a fee, no talk of free check results, offered to do a radiator flush for a fee, Did not ask about oil change and I needed one, did not top off any fluids. I don't think I would be back.

I come here for routine oil changes and tires. The oil changes are cheap, but I won't be returning because last time i was handed a quote for a nearly $900 brake job that was "urgently needed"�, even though I'd recently had them serviced. When I went to my actual mechanic for a new serpentine belt, he checked my brakes and said they were fine? Another issue I have here is ordering tires online from the tires available at my specific location, scheduling an appointment, but when I show up, they tell me they don't have them, try to get me to buy more expensive tires, and then when i press the issue, they are able to check, and "find"� them. This has happened so many times that I expected it this time, and of course, that's exactly what happened. Overall, I don't really trust the staff, and I feel like they are instructed to trick people into paying extra for unecessary services.

There was a lady at the Front Desk, named Dana. SHE WAS AWSOMESAUCE!!!!!!! As well as the rest of the Crew that was on Staff Friday 11/22/19. I had a 3:00 appointment, to get a replacement tire put on. Now I usually go to the location in Independence, which is close to my house, but I decided to go to the location on Wornall, which was close to my job, more convenient, and the service was just Above and Beyond. I just cant say enough about Dana, I wish all companies had Customer Service like that. She was informative, kind, understanding, polite, gracious and just a all around good person. I felt like I had gain a new friend by the time that I left. Everyone in the store was just truly a pleasure. I just wanted to take a minute to recognize the great service that the employee's provided me at this location. This may be my new location from now on.

I was confirmed an appointment online that had to be rescheduled for the following day due to your overbooking. The quote and service I had discussed with the gentleman that rescheduled my appointment was not at all what I was charged the following day. In fact, it was going to be nearly $80 more than I was quoted the previous day. The woman that was "helping" me was very new and unsure of what was going on. I want to say that this is not at all her fault, but the fault of management not supporting new staff and passing on shotty customer service. Finally, when I was told my vehicle was ready some unknown issues were discussed which is normal and I totally understand. However, the issue I was having with my check engine light they offered no solution to (Basis for another additional 20 charge). After paying more than I had expected they can't find the key to my vehicle and have me standing there for 20 min more waiting for them to apparently find my key? I left wondering if they even changed the oil and fluids or just had my vehicle parked in there garage for an hour.

Got a tire replaced. Took over 6 hours. Tire under warranty. Still wanted me to buy another warranty. Very shady business!

It was a bad experience , I usually service my vehicles there and this time around i purchase tire protection plan for my Toyota . After months the tire damage took it for repairs last week Thursday and the size of my tire was not available at the store on Wornall road and an employee call me to inform me that the tires will be in the next day. To my surprise the next day another employee call me saying that they can not replace my tire because i needed alignment on some other work on my car which will cost me a little over eight hundred dollars . I told the person on the phone that i don't have such amount and that they should replace the tires on the vehicle since it had insurance on it and i raised the cash in a week time and will take it for repairs because it is the only meas of me getting to work and they insisted no. the tire has insurance on it and they confirmed but said i must fix the alignment and other work on the car before they can place a new tire on the car. interestingly, when i asked them can i buy tires and you place it on my vehicle they said yes and it will cost over two hundred dollars . I was shocked, they could take over two hundred dollars from me to purchase tire and place it on my vehicle but they could not replace tires on my vehicle that i already pay insurance for. I see their actions as awful.

The online quote and in store quote is a giant change. Even the online quote says it may differ in the store. What's the point of an online quote when the difference is 200. And I only my tires 2 weeks ago and called them after a week they still didn't have my tires. They was suppose to call me back. And still no phone call. And now I have a flat on my current tire. So needless to say they are doing a horrible job

Took my car in for oil change. Did not think they rotated tires either. Went to go pay, gal at front counter was gone. In bathroom for 30 minutes had to wait additional 45 minutes to pay and check out. No more won't go back.

This is specific to the Wornell, Kansas City location. I hit a huge pothole on Wornell right in front of Big O Tire and got a flat. I pulled in 10 minutes before they closed- and yes...I do understand it was right at closing, but...they were the most compassionate, uncaring people I've ever met. I asked if there was absolutely anything they could do, he flat out said no. When I asked "is there anywhere else around that could help me", he just shrugged and walked away. They had nothing to offer other than sending this 62 year old woman back out in freezing cold weather-at night- alone, without any concern. I heard them for the next 30 minutes inside the shop.. then they got in their cars.. sat and watched me struggle with the tire for about 5 minutes, then just drove off.
