From the time I walked in the door the lady at the desk was awesome, the rest room wad very clean the guy helped me out I do not know everyone's name but everyone wad great and patient, aT bank you so much.

Not a pleasant experience. Was told by one associate that a coupon would be honored only to have this questioned at the time of service. Definition of 'in stock' was debated. Coupon was honored after unnecessary debate. Signed estimate was for $377 but then final bill was $451 due to errors by the associate on the estimate. I was in the waiting room and was never told of this error until checkout, when it was too late. Very poor communication and associate, Nolan Mason, was argumentative through the entire transaction. Incident 479648 has been opened with customer relations. I don't feel that I should be responsible for a jump in the final price when I wasn't given the opportunity to decline service after estimate corrections were discovered. Lastly, the lug nuts were not torqued with a torque wrench but rather an electric ratchet which are not calibrated for accuracy. I've used NTB many times with good success but service has declined dramatically with the change to Big O in my opinion.

I scheduled an appointment for 3:15 for an oil change and tire rotation. Took almost 2hrs to complete tire rotation didn't happen because the tire pressure warning for the left rear should be on the front now.

They helped me out on a holiday weekend when I had a flat and no other shop could do it until the next week. I was set to travel and they made it happen. Another time they plugged my tire for free. Everyone is super nice and helpful. They are understaffed but that's not the fault of the people who work there.

Dana's Customer service skills need a lot of work. She was not knowledgeable nor was she courteous. However we did purchase tires.

I was in Kansas City from out of town and got a flat tire shortly before needing to head home. The staff here was so friendly and helpful. Absolutely excellent service, and probably the nicest, cleanest tire shop I've ever been in. Thank you!

Scammers ordered 2 tires was promised the tire would come in the next day by 2:00 they didn't after waiting for a response and call I attended to other affairs. The next day I called and they made an appointment for 3pm. They were to put the new 2 tires on the front and my front tires on the back. They kept my 2 front tires that was almost new and gave me so old tires on the back. This is u ethical and dishonest. I read some reviews but decided to give them a chance. BIG MISTAKE

Ask to have a frobt end aligment done which i pay for 3 years ago under ntb they refused to look it up. I calked another store they look it up and they confirm the purchase

First visit was May 2,2019 for a tune up and then added brakes after inspection and a tire. All of so far accept for needing to change out rotors which I have never had to have done. ($1,139.06 for this work)Tried to get State inspection in July as they advertise but even after displaying this service they do not offer it. Second visit was September 9, 2019 to have brakes checked as they were not stopping quickly and brake light coming on. Stated now I needed front brakes and again new rotors. Not quite sure the wear on the brakes in the front was not found in the May inspection if the rotors were that bad. Test drove the car and brakes still grabbing and brake light coming on. Revisited the car and determined it needed a Power Brake Booster that they said was leaking. They did not have on hand but looked up parts store and found one and showed me on their PC screen. Said they would order and have in two days, a week later I am still waiting for the part and install. I contacted them twice to inquire and they have contacted me ZERO times for update. When leaving the store a week ago the service man stated "Don't drive too much and don't get too close to cars in front of you as you may not be able to make a quick stop." I agreed since it was going to be only two days and would not drive much if any. Although I didn't think this was a safe tip to give your customer with their half fixed car thinking they would be safe, ok or no more damage to the brakes. ($770.81 for this work). I think you should fix my car or refund ALL OF MY MONEY so I can get if fixed at a reputable company. I will be sharing on social media and the BBB of the very poor service and quality. Different people at this store every time I go there which will be never again. If I am injured while driving my car you will be held responsible for your workmanship.
