DO NOT TRUST. These people are theives. I went in for an oil change and they said my alternator and battery were bad and needed replaced. Claimed my car was dead and couldn't leave the garage. Then, after they were replaced I took the old parts to advanced auto and was told they were perfectly fine, functioning like brand new parts, absolutely nothing wrong with them. This location ROBBED ME BLIND of my time and money, having to pay for ubers to get to and from work for 3 days. They blatantly LIED. Both my battery and my alternator were in perfect shape, confirmed by advance auto parts down the street. STAY AWAY. This store should close down. I have reported to police and better business bureau.

I live 2 hours away from here. A family member recommended this location when I needed an oil change while I was in town over a year ago. That experience was so wonderful that I try to come here for every service I need. Today was yet ANOTHER great experience! I had an appointment and wanted to move it up to try to beat the storm. Dana answered the phone and was immediately accommodating and incredibly friendly! I had a few extra things that I knew might need to be done, and Dana did her best to be sure only what was need was performed as well as anything she could do to soften the financial blow. What another AMAZING AND VALUABLE PERSON ON STAFF HERE! You know there guys are good when you leave your city and drive 4 hours round trip to come to a place you trust and feel safe they have your best interest in mind rather than what unnecessary add-on's they can break you with. ( I even tried the Big-O in my city after my first visit here thinking I would get similar service- hence the reason I keep driving back to location 5031 on Wornall in KC!)

I got very bad service I had an appointment but it was not honored and spent over 3 hours waiting and was over charged I still have warning lights on after getting new tires and a bill of $900.00. I should have been given a credit of some amount

I received prompt attention after my tire ran over a very large nail. I was on my way to the East Coast and was on a deadline. Isidana was very helpful and professional. Matt (tire technician) fixed my tire in a timely fashion. He had a very good attitude and both were friendly. I will definitely recommend them to others.

Their customer service was horrible the store also didn't open up on time, they also didn't do their job by resetting my sensors on my tires , the service was horrible I will never go back ever. What did I spend $80 for it was a waste.

The staff at Big O tires were amazing. I went in thinking I was going to need to buy 4 new tires and spend $500, but they walked me through what I actually needed to and ended up spending nothing to patch my tire! They are so great I can't recommend them enough.

I got a sudden flat tire and headed right to Big O Tires. I have been there a couple times before. I am a customer at the location on Wornall and 75th street in Kansas City, MO. I was in a rush and needed to get to a work meeting within an hour. I was immediately greeted by Dana. She had great customer service and got my car taken care of right away. She helped relief some added stress of an unexpected flat tire.

The technician tried to take my skid plate off to remove the oil filter - completely unnecessary as it is right on top of the engine!! (didn't even open the hood before trying - wouldn't have been able to get to from skid plate anyway). Had to remind them to retighten skid plate. Pulled every lever in the car to find the hood latch. Grease left on outer door and hood. Didn't wipe area around oil filter (dripped in garage for several days). Didn't lube oil filter gasket (took right out of box and screwed in). I doubt I will ever go back. The technician that did my service needs a lot of training.

I was very disappointed by this location. The location was filthy even for a garage. The representative signed at my questions and talked down to me as if I were unintelligent. I paid 3x more for this oil change than my last one at the same location because the representative insisted that my vehicle can only take full synthetic oil. I have done my research and that is false. Then when I was given my car back it reeked of cigarettes and oil. Four days later it still does! This location has declined significantly since Jan2018. I will not be returning.

Kandis at the location on 75th Wornall in Kansas City, MO provided me with excellent customer service. I came in for tires and a alignment, but I knew I had other problems going on. She took her time with me. She provided me with several estimates and explained everything to me. She also gave me and my son a ride home and even offered to come back and pick us up. She was very friendly talk to me about her family on the ride home, because she doesn't like awkward silence lol. Great customer service from everyone. I'm happy with the finish work. I almost bought a new car but they made my car feel like a new car. Thanks for your service!!!!!!!!

The customer service person I dealt with could barely speak English and I had a very difficult time getting him to understand what I was saying as well as me understanding what he was saying. He didn't seem to have a good grasp of product knowledge but he was pleasant. Most of the time, a second customer service person stared at me and the person helping me which made me uncomfortable. The tires that were advertised as "on sale" were not in stock for any of the manufacturers and I was forced to place a "special order" at full price which was expensive and I believe I could have found a better price elsewhere. I believe the sale ad was just a ploy to get people in the door and then require them to place "special orders" at full price as I observed that situation occurring with other customers that came into the store while I was waiting. I doubt I will use Big O Tires again for any services as I believe the company/store forced me to spend much more money than I had planned.
