There are no words to describe how awful this experience was!

I had a great experience today. I arrived at about 70 minutes before closing on a Friday with a flat tire in my truck and they were able to patch tire and put it back on within 30 minutes. The manager was very nice and helpful. Thanks

We are a corporate client with over 25 vehicles. You recommended and installed (and admitted that you installed) the wrong tires on one of our trailers.They only lasted a few months and a few thousand miles, then they wore out. Very dangerous situation. You should have replaced the wrong tires for the right ones, but did not offer to do so. We will need to change vendors.

The team treated me with nothing but respect

The lady at the front desk knew absolutely nothing about anything. After myself and her Co-worker finally explained it She then proceeded to make no sense telling me I "might"� have to sign something after 10 minutes I asked her to just call me if she needed me to come back. She then called me to tell me my tire "might"� be ready then when she put me on hold to go check and after 20 min of being on hold I continued to hold while doing to the store waiting in line another 20 min just to show them I was still on hold just to be told she had left for the day. I was very frustrated and disappointed with this visit. And to top it all off I felt scoffed at after asking a couple times if they were going to put my tire on my car.

I arrived early and there were a couple of customers ahead of me, however, I was acknowledged when I came through the door. It was my first time coming and Steve made me feel most comfortable. He thoroughly explained all services, asked me if I would like to have my tires rotated. He had purchased donuts for the staff and I was invited to have a donut also. The break room and restroom we're both very neat and clean. I loved the fact that I was able to sit and watch the technician as he serviced my car. In the past I have always taken my vehicles back to the dealership for service but moving forward I will be returning to Big O's for my service needs. Each staff member I encountered was very pleasant and polite. It was a pleasure being there and I felt my vehicle was handled with the utmost care. Thank you Big O's!

I purchased my tires through NTB and have a roadside hazard warranty. I had a flat tire that was determined to be unrepairable. I called to make an appt with Big O Tires to have it fixed which would require a new tire. I was told they would need to see if another location had the tire and i would be called back that day. I did not receive a callback. I called again the following day and there was no trace of me calling and the process had to essential start over...i was told i would get a callback and that they had to do some research to find my information. I called back at 5pm b/c i had not received a call from anyone. They were able to schedule my appt at this time. When i went to pick up my jeep after the tire had been put on I noticed they did not put the spare tire back under my jeep where it should be. I had to ask to have it done and then it appeared the service person had no knowledge how to do it as i had to show them where the tools were to do it. After not being able to figure out how to loosen the cable, i was told it was broken which is odd to me since it was fine before. I did not have time to discuss with them any further as i had a work commitment. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the service and would only use Big O Tires b/c of the warranty. I now have to find another service place to verify if the cable to hold my spare is truly broken.

Kandis at the location on 75th Wornall in Kansas City, MO provided me with excellent customer service. I came in for tires and a alignment, but I knew I had other problems going on. She took her time with me. She provided me with several estimates and explained everything to me. She also gave me and my son a ride home and even offered to come back and pick us up. She was very friendly talk to me about her family on the ride home, because she doesn't like awkward silence lol. Great customer service from everyone. I'm happy with the finish work. I almost bought a new car but they made my car feel like a new car. Thanks for your service!!!!!!!!

The team did a great job getting my new tired and brakes on. Tires came late, but the guys stayed after hours to get it done. Nice work!
