Unbelievable customer service. They plugged my tire for free and did it in 8 minutes!! From the lovely lady at the desk to the staff who did the service I couldn't have been happier on a day when Goodyear told me it was going to be 2 days to look at it! My tire was finished before I got back from the ATM!! The store on Wornall near 75th street in Kansas City is the best car store I have ever been to!!

Sharon was great she was very helpful in explaining the tires that I needed and very patient just what I needed. She's deserving of a raise 👌

Dana was working the counter and she was super friendly and acknowledged everyone who walked through the door. She was super helpful in explaining things that needed to be addressed with my car but was not pushy about getting them completed that day. Had a really great experience and will continue to take my car to the Wornall location, mostly because of Dana:)

The young woman who waited on me was so congenial that I wish I needed other services so I could stay longer!
