Friendly staff. Very trusting. Communicated everything and explained what needed to be done. Often times you feel like mechanics are just running up the tab but with Big O’s I feel like they are genuine and want your car running as best it can.

Fast service!

A couple features about my car make it difficult to work on. It's quite low and has a unique rim mounting system (911 GTS Center Lock). There are a lot of steps that other cars do not require and are important to follow. These gentlemen were very professional and completed the task at hand. I really appreciate the time and dedication they took for me.

My size tire not in stock. They ordered them in for me and got them changed out on schedule.

The customer service tech did a courtesy inspection of my tires and noted that they were unsafe for an upcoming 1300 mile trip. He was able to order the tires for my SRT8 Challenger and schedule an install appointment just in time before we departed the town, due to a military move. Great work by the team.

I had to get a Vehicle Inspection for my Equinox, everywhere else I went to couldn't see me in till a week or two. They saw my vehicle in for inspection almost instantly, and took only 10 minutes to complete the inspection. I am humbled by their service and understanding.

Above and beyond service. There was a loose rock guard and the tech asked it I wanted it tightened or removed. Had two vehicles serviced. Both techs were terrific

I have been in twice. Once for an oil change and once for a leaking tire. I rated the 8 and here is why. The customer service was great and very friendly both times. On the oil change the mechanic brings my air filter in to show it to me. I said yes replace it. Doing this causes no more work then putting the old one back in. I was charged labor for putting the new one in. On the tire visit I was taken very good care of. I will say on both visits I was in and out very quickly which is important to me.
