Big O Tires

Store was short handed for help and I had to wait longer than I thought I would. Good service however.

Was able to schedule the appointment the night before. They showed me visual aids which helped me understand the issues and options and make an informed decision. The service time was good and I was out pretty quickly considering the additional work I asked for.

Very good first visit. A little confusion finding the tires I requested, but they were found. Great customer service and friendly staff.

The staff was extremely helpful and didn't make me feel uncomfortable because I wasn't 100% sure what i wanted. They showed me options and brought a tire out for me to look at, which was very helpful.

Casey was a superstar! Not only did he make smooth and seamless he was absolutely professional. He made me feel like a valued customer. Don’t know what was deal with the previously management but I assure you Casey makes up the difference in customer satisfaction and professionalism. It is completely night and day with the level of work ethic and throughput in that facility. I used to wait for hours now it’s a pleasure to do business there.

From the beginning to the end, Jose Gonzalez was friendly and patient while answering all my questions about my tire purchase. He provided easy to understand explanations about the differences in tires and what would best meet my needs in quality and price. Honestly, the best experience I’ve had at an autoshop.
