Big O Tires

The service was amazing. My truck Battery failed me twice. My wife was at the hospital getting her chemo treatments and it was going to be about an hour to get it done. The service desk person gave me his car to get to the hospital.to be with my wife. Once they where done he called me. It was over the top service that I will never forget.

The online offer was not avalible at this location because they did not have the tires in stock. However the manager made it right offering us a better tire he waved the mount and balance fee and gave us $10 off the oil change. This made the services we received an even better deal than their special offer! I'm very happy with the customer service and the way they included us in on any conserns they had about the services they provided. I highly recommend Big O in Warrensburg, MO! One stop shop very convenient and friendly, professional staff!

The store manager Casey was very helpful and respected my thoughts and what I had to say rather then dismissing me which is what usually happens as a woman in the automotive industry. The price was great and he was able to get me the credit card to help make my life even easier.
