Excellent service!

Brought it in for oil leaking, thought it was from the oil change I had there a couple weeks ago. They looked it over, found no error from their work but a new issue with my oil line to the turbo. They immediately jumped to it to get the motor cleaned to figure out exactly what happened, got the new part ordered, and picked it up Monday after work after dropping it off Friday. To me that was a super fast turnaround and I was thoroughly impressed. It's why I keep coming back.

I have always been pleased with my service and overall experience when I bring my cars in. They are awesome at accommodating the customers needs. Not this time but last time I was in I was in a super big rush and after seeing what stage my car was at I told them I would need to skip the tire rotation but Justin went out and had someone else help to make it go faster and was able to do everything I needed. They are all always so nice and professional. As for one of the questions above about being met at my car, please don't start doing that, that is NOT something I would enjoy. I would feel rushed and pressured. I like being able to pull in and get whatever I need out of my car without the feeling of being rushed. I called to have an inspection for my car after other shops told me they were weeks behind and when I called Big O they told me to come in and get it done immediately.

Great first experience! Quick and easy. I used the online appointment from the web site to make a appointment first thing on a Sunday morning. They got us right in and took care off all our needs at the same time. (tires, alignment, oil...) Will use again soon!

The crew was friendly, got me in at my appointment time, and the work on my car was completed in a timely way.

Excellent service.... took a tire in for a flat repair...was done in 15 min.... Walmart was a 2 hour wait!!!

It only took 30 minutes for a 4 tire change. A customer ahead of me to pay had a $400 increase that was not discussed prior to the work being completed. Price needs to be discussed.

I dealt with John B. He was very helpful and knowledgeable . Big 0 found my problem when chrysler couldn't. I have great confidence in them and will continue to take my car there. Thanks so much Big O,'s.

Friendly service and timely work

As a college student who doesn't know much about cars I usually go into places and I can tell that people try to take advantage of me with their prices and I did not feel that near. I knew that the price they quoted me for brakes and rotors were good because I called other places and when I needed other things done I knew it needed to be done immediately because I had put it off for awhile. As a college student it isn't easy to pay for this expensive of a job done to your car, however they had a system to where I could do a payment plan without applying for a credit card and that was amazing. I really felt at home at this place and that they wanted to help me ASAP because they knew in my situation my car would just get work. I advise every person to go here!!
