Fixed my tire quickly. Thank you.

It only took 30 minutes for a 4 tire change. A customer ahead of me to pay had a $400 increase that was not discussed prior to the work being completed. Price needs to be discussed.

I had a flat at my house and they sent a person out to fill it for me with a compressor, then they followed me to the shop, they were very honest about tires that were available for me as well! They did so well, instead of just replacing one tire i bought a whole new set!

5-29-20.....scheduled an oil change for 1 o'clock online...got there 15 minutes early....acted like they couldn't find appointment....did take my infor and keys....at 2 o'clock I went an asked for my keys...as the car had not been moved...was assured it was being done right now....15 min later...oil change done....and was checked out there after....great service by J Hawkins...thanks...

Called and Curtis said bring it on down. He recognized me as I came in the door greeted me and made me feel welcome. They got to my truck as soon as it was my turn and I was there less than an hr.

They were able to complete the oil change/tire rotation in roughly the time quoted, there was no rush to get back to them to pick it up too while my wife and I did errands. They were also able to provide what my tire tread looked like and let me know their buy 3 get one free tire service happening this month. I did not know how poor the tires were considered since being all wheel drive.
