Got quite a bit done for the price!

Been going there for a long time and never had anything to complain about

They treated me very well. I will be going back again.

I was able to get in for an appointment within a few days and they had my oil changed very quickly. The whole process was very quick and easy!

The print out with the tire wear, alignment ect. was a big plus for me. Even though I came in for a oil change the free tire rotation was well received. I would say that it seams to me that the store should have a greater selection of parts on hand instead of calling in auto parts store to bring it to the store. You maybe a "tire" store, if you also do oil changes have a lot of filters on hand.

Curtis was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions to my satisfaction. This was my first experience with Big O, but I'm sure not my last.

Short notice, I was in dire need. They took me in earlier than my appointment, drove me back to work, picked me up when I got off work, and just really took care of me.

BOUGHT 2 NEW TIRES AND THEY MOUNTED THEM IN GOOD TIME.

Curtis was awesome! A tow truck brought me and my car to big o after they were closed, but Curtis Mcelfresh came out and spoke to me and explained what I needed to do. I talked to him the next day and he explained everything that would need to be done to get running again. When I wasn't quite sure my car was working properly after the new battery and alternator were installed he immediately had one of the mechanics take a look take it for a test drive and made me feel safe to drive my car home. Again this was after the store closed. He went above and beyond to get my car running. Also Jose Gonzalez was awesome in getting me checked out! I believe Jason Badua did the oil and filter change and did the test drive. Super happy with the service I received.

I had asked for my tires to be filled as the vehicle had alarmed of low tire pressure. I was assured that it would be taken care of. When the vehicle was ready and I was paying, I asked to confirm that the tires were filled up. Thankfully I asked and the gentleman confirmed with the staff in the back because it had been forgotten about. The tires were taken care quickly and I greatly appreciate it. Also, my vehicle has notifications on oil life and in the past it was reset so that the computer knew an oil change had happened. Nothing was reset this time....

Location was clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Service was completed in a timely manner.

Very curtitious and professional. Wait time seemed a bit excessive, but overall pleased with the service.

They are always very friendly when I go in to have my vehicles serviced. They always go into deal about what needs done and provide excellent service doing it.

Would have given 5 stars but they forgot to complete my oil change. No windshield fluid was added...not sure what else that was just an obvious thing. They did go back over and do it right but really should have been done the first time. I will still go back here for tires and service.

Customer service and a job well done go a long way. Despite estimated job time not being Quoted properly, I will come back again for good service and job quality.

Well worth the time and money. Will be doing more business there in the future.
