Big O Tires

Havent got my window fixed 2 times ive been up there hopefully the 3rd time they will get the right part

They explained what was wrong with my car, and what they recommended I get done to it. They told me what the coast would be and about how long it would take. I was very pleased with the whole process.

Took an hour and 20 min to fix my tire.

What's done on time and came in cheaper than quoted

Very happy with the overall experience. I was a little disappointed that my wife and I researched several tires for my car and selected one based on our findings and it was not available when I arrived. A comparable one was offered, which was third on my list. I would suggest that when customers make an appointment via the website with a selected tire that the appointment not be confirmed if the tire selected is not in stock, as there may be good reason for the customer selecting that tire over another. Perhaps a follow up email explaining that tire X is not in stock however we do have Y and Z. This gives the customer an opportunity to make a decision before committing to the appointment. The salesperson assured me that the tire available was comaprable to the one we initially selected and we went with it, however it was a bit disappointing to know what we selected and the appointment was approved was actually not available. The rest of the experience was very positive and the wait time was acceptable.

Good people, great customer service all in a timely manner!

Took quite a bit longer than I expected to get a plug put in a tire from a screw I had ran over. From the phone call I had made earlier, it was made to seem I could get right in and out. Service was good and problem fixed, so all in all I was glad.

Not only were they helpful and honest, but they were looking out for my car needs

Only had an inspection so limited interface. Seem like a good team there

We have been taking our fleet to Big O for over a year now. In the past couple of months the quality of service has improved drastically. They have always been courteous and informative. I appreciate that they work very diligently to get our vehicles back to us in a timely manner. Thank you for all you do!

I brought in two of our vehicles for an oil change(one at a time) anyways, this particular store had only recently opened and I know and expect that things happen, new workers, learning to use the computer to generate work tickets, etc. the first vehicle I brought in was done in a timely manner, my second vehicle service was a little different. I brought it in for the oil change, the service writer took my info and told me to have a seat in the waiting room. After an hour, I went to check on the status of my car. Turns out the service writer had managed to write a duplicate service order from the first car I brought in, the mechanics New the first car had been completed, so they weren't aware of the second car, until I checked on it. The manager apologized for the confusion and told me they would fast track it, and the service wasn't going to cost me, and it was their mistake, so, overall, they did a great job, great price and went above and beyond to make things right. I am in no way disappointed or upset. I most likely will return. But, I did not like that I was not asked if I wanted the free complimentary tire alignment check. I appreciate that it was free but I was on my lunch break and it took extra time. I will specify next time that I do not want it.

Excellent service and customer care!

It would have been nice if someone would have clean off my battery connectors or give me a battery check. And check my power steering levels.

The guys always do a excellent job on my service truck.
