My second visit to your store, first visit the place was clearly disorganized and in need of a more directive management approach. No one knew what was going on lots of confusion with the computer system you have in place and well they even lost my keys... I watched them inspect and balance the wrong tire on a car when the customer said he had a leak lol it was funny... this experience was different though, employees were more knowledgeable and friendly even though i is still evident that it is a new store and management could use a little more training in how to actually lead people instead of manage them through the chaos of customer service... I will come back.

Great job on my vehicle. Service timeline was as quoted, and the waiting area was comfortable. I will bring my vehicles back for future service.

My service at the store was great, however the system to file for rebate is terrible and I was unable to get that info completed! I am still upset and feel that I should receive the 50 dollars off my bill immediately.

The jury is still out my recommendation or rating. On 4-3-18 I had an appointment to have my oil changed. Your service tech said I need tie rod ends replaced and a 4 wheel alignment. I decided to get tires as well. I got a quote of $623.54 and made an apt for 4-10-18. Made arrangements for a ride to and from BigOTire before work Tuesday(4-10). I received a call to say my car was done, however it wasn't tie rod ends it was lower ball joints (replaced) and the tires I had an appointment to have put on were not in stock. BUT I did get an alignment. We (Gary) made arrangements for Thursday(4-12) to come to my workplace, pick up my car to install new tires. Thursday morning Gary picked up my car. I got a call from the service tech, said my tires were on but my car failed the alignment check (whatever you call it), he recommended I have that done. I told him "we" just bought and paid for that Tuesday(4-10). He said he'd check it again. So I assume that was taken care of. My car was returned and an invoice left in it. The tires were $8 more than the quote I received. I inquired and was told I could come in and get the cash or would be given a credit. I chose credit. In the long run everything was made good, as far as I know, the difference between tie rod ends/ ball joints and the tires. But what a fiasco. Not as professional as I would have expected. I do understand a misdiagnosis between the two parts but not to have the tires I made an appt to have put on? Or the alignment issue? Hung jury until next time.

My daughter had a flat tire that couldn't be repaired. She had to buy a new tire. The guy at the counter pulled my daughter up in the computer. He told her the tire would be $126.00. I told him she got that tire not too long ago and asked if it was under warranty. He looked back at the computer and confirmed it was. It bothered me that he didn't just tell us the tire was under warranty to begin with. I don't feel as though I should have had to ask.

When changing the tire on my truck and fixing it the workers put the spare back in the space where it belonged. However, they used my tools from behind the back seat, and they left the back seat up instead of replacing it where it belonged. They didn't mention if they checked the pressure in the other tires, or not.

Would like more coupons sent out. I change my oil every 3 months and the last few times didn't have coupons

Missed putting on the correct tire weights. Did not do the balance on the tires. Appointment set for 430pm. Nothing done until 530pm and after complaining numerous times. Bald service guy was very rude. I would had him something in his hand and he would throw it back to me on the counter.

Always have an excellent experience at Big O in Warrensburg. I use them for my personal and work vehicles. I would highly recommend using them.

I took my car in to see what was wrong with it. They said one thing they had to clean and plug back in was causing the engine light, Charged me 40 bucks for that, granted I was in there a month ago and spent over 300.00. My car is also leaking oil, I mentioned this to the guy and wanted it looked at as well, when checking out, he just said "there's a lot of oil under there on stuff, it could be your oil pan gasket or the main gasket thing"�. Why'd I pay for half an hour of labor if they weren't going to diagnose where it was coming from. I came in to have the issues diagnosed, when they called me back up to the front, they told me they did that to the one part of the car to get the engine light off, I wish they would have came and told me I was going to be charged and if they should continue doing the work, instead of doing it and then telling me I was getting charged for it.

I've been going here for a long time now and each time I step into the store by them how a friend would. It is reassuring to have them there with knowledge of the products and knowing they have used them as well. I've never left uneasy and I am always happy to return their store.

About tires and then 2 days later I turned back around and got an oil change recommend to everybody that I know on Facebook tell him how great you guys are service and everything but that guys give there
