Overall the service we have received has been good. The customer service desk is very kind and respectful. The only issues we have had over the past several months was dropping a vehicle off by 8:30 am for service and on three occasions the vehicle was not serviced before we needed it at 2:00 pm. We shuttled the vehicle back the next day and it was serviced before noon. I only mention this because I have to pay the drivers to shuttle the vehicles and it removes one from service for the day. We also had an issue within the past two weeks where we had one of our buses in for an LOF and when we received it back the clamp for the air filter housing was damaged and the oil filter was leaking. We took the bus back in and they fixed the oil leak and the filter housing bracket. I do appreciate the service we receive and we will continue to provide Big O with our business. I not only have our work fleet serviced there but I have had my personal vehicle there for service. When it comes time for tires I am sure I will purchase from Big O.

I feel like all I do is complain. I am waiting for the day I can put a really good comment here. I recently brought a bus in for service and tire rotation. A few days later I had an issue with a flat tire on this same vehicle. When I took it in for repair I was informed that two of the tires were bad and in need of replacement. They apologized that they missed this during the multi point inspection. I was informed that they had 4 of the Crosswind brand tires in stock and that they had a 40,000 mile warranty. I was also told they had a Mesa brand tire that was more expensive but had no warranty on it. I told them to place the 4 Crosswind tires on the bus and asked them to order the other 2 for that bus and 6 more for another bus. I made for certain they knew I wanted the Crosswind with the 40,000 mile warranty. I am inputting the invoices and just noticed that the 2 they ordered and placed on the one bus were the Mesa brand and the 6 they put on the other bus are the Mesa brand as well. The Crosswinds are 88.99 a piece with a 40,000 mile warranty. The Mesa brand tire is 113.99 a piece without a warranty. I also asked that the protection plan be applied to these but I do not see that on the invoice. You all have a way of making up for mistakes but I would like to not have to ask for that or have to complain about things not being completed as promised or requested. I keep returning because we are able to get our vehicles serviced quick and the prices are fair. I am just not sure what is happening to cause such a disconnect.

Would like more coupons sent out. I change my oil every 3 months and the last few times didn't have coupons

Had a national account ARI vehicle. Arrived gave the gentleman my coupon for service and waited in the waiting room for 3 hrs!!!!!! For some reason after being at this location 3 previous occasions my info "never"� got entered into system? BS! Finally the young man helping me came after 1.5 hrs of waiting and said sorta what was going on. 1,5 hr later truck was serviced and I was on my way. I had been there long enough that i ordered lunch from jimmy johns and ate it before service was complete. There was no offer of future discount or to pay for my lunch. Barely a "sorry " we screwed up!

Always have an excellent experience at Big O in Warrensburg. I use them for my personal and work vehicles. I would highly recommend using them.

They did the Healthy Car Special that I was wanting but constantly tried to get me to do more than what my appointment was for. I called in advance and told them I didnt want any other services for I was having it done elsewhere.

I've been going here for a long time now and each time I step into the store by them how a friend would. It is reassuring to have them there with knowledge of the products and knowing they have used them as well. I've never left uneasy and I am always happy to return their store.

Tried to charge me $68 for a basic oil change on a 4 cylinder car, when I asked why it was so expensive it was played off like a mistake and my actually money owed was $46 and that was stupid for a basic oil change, it makes me wonder how many times people have just went with that higher price without question. I didn't ask for anything else and yet I was charged labor costs for more than just the oil change, like the 20 minutes it took for the alignment check that again, I didn't ask for. Or checking the underside of my car, didn't ask for that. Basic oil change shouldn't cost almost $50 I will not be back.

I use to go to valvaline right around the corner....there service there was awesome! I am very disappointed with the service at the new relocated big o tires. About a month ago I took my Jeep in for an oil change, it was fine however the next week my wife tried to surprise me by getting my oil changed. When she told me she also went to big o tires I wondered why they didn't look at the sticker, I looked to see if they had updated it and they had not. Even if they didn't check the sticker, the vehicle is in the system!! Why wouldn't they have told her it was just done a week ago? A waste of $40.00!!

They did not have the tires in stock that I found on the website when making my appointment, and he offered to order them, which was fine but we needed tires asap. So he offered a different tire (more expensive, of course) which we agreed to, only to be told they only had one in stock. Finally a third, even more expensive option was offered. Overall, it was a good experience, but it felt as though we were being taken advantage of when it came to what was available in terms of tires. We are happy with our new tires and the salesperson was professional.

It is yet to be determined whether the crew at the new shop in Warrensburg, MO knows what they're doing when it comes to inspections. They told me my front wheel bearings were bad in my '92 Nissan, but I not only replaced but upgraded all four hub assemblies, which contain the wheel bearings, less than 5000 miles ago. So I am very skeptical when they tell me the front bearings fail. I am going to diagnose the "play" they found myself and go from there. This also makes me hesitant to go to them for the alignment I will need soon as well. I also got a quote for a set of tires and found that they charge significantly more than other shops or just buying the tires myself. I doubt I will ever go back to Big O Tires.
